Ameobi didnt exactly make a habit of scoring for Newcastle tbf
Be amazed if Ameobi started btw
I am not suggesting backing him for one second

Tighty,
You wrote.....
Superwomble placed the Paddy Power bet £10 at 60-1 AN Other MVP
Did Womble place the bet on Fred's behalf?
If so, I must owe him £10. Let me know please, & I'll sort it pronto.
He did yes

It's still 1/4 1-2-3-4 in the Golden Boot market and it's 20-1 bar four.
Three of the top four in the market already have two goals, while Messi has one, and all are set for deep runs.
Am thinking there's probably some mileage in hammering all four each-way at those terms.
Neymar 5-1, Messi 6-1, RVP 8-1, Benzema 8-1.
We'd only have to get two in the frame to more or less cover the outlay and would have to run pretty bad to not find the winner.
Thoughts anyone?

Quite like the look of Emmannuel Emenike FGS tonight
Was Nigeria's top goalscorer in qualifying, only played the last three games
12 last season for Fenerbache, 1 in 2 for Spartak before that
Golden boot in 2013 African Cup of Nations with Nigeria won, he scored 4 goals and missed the final
looks like he'll be on free kicks
beware of you tube highlights packages, but...
he has motivation to do well
http://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/476559/Man-City-Everton-and-Spurs-locked-in-battle-for-Fenerbahce-s-Emmanuel-Emenike
nigeria have to win this, as bosnia looked useful
u2.5 is 1.6 for the game, which implies comparatively little goal threat from iran (queiroz plays 4-4-1-1, or did in qualifying), scored 8 total in 8 games in qualifying and have no goals in 4 of the last 5 games (friendlies included)
we are on nigeria top african nation
6/1 betfair sportsbook marginally beats betfair (very thin market)

can't disagree
France - if we assume they win their group, they get bosnia/nigeria then winner group H (belgium?) and potentially therefore have a run to the semi's avoiding the top 4 in the outright market
Benzema at 8/1, 2/1 a place looks v interesting to me (kicking myself because obviously the above was in place before yesterday)..more so than messi two points shorter
the Dutch win their group? and run through to Italy (win group D?) in the quarters in principle
i think i would be keener on france playing 6 games+ than the dutch

Think if we're doing it, we'd need to do it before the second round of games. And it would want to be a decent chunk on each, say £100 EW x 4 to make it worthwhile. We'd have to run insanely bad to have none of them in the top four come the end, so it's highly unlikely we'd be burning £800.
If Benzema, RVP or Neymar score another two in their next game, those EW terms would vanish.

Tighty
I think team news is a must for Nigeria game. Quite like Emninke, although there is a chance he doesn't start him and if he comes on at 0-0 after 60 mins were not in good shape. I really haven't got a clue how he lines up; Nwofer has done well from bench including two v SA when he replaced Shoala - he seems to like Shoala and as you say Emineke probably has best form. If we go with Emineke Paddy are 6/1 as MBS 0-0 as a free bet, happy to place if no account for you just shout
Moses has a good record for Nigeria, has netted 1/180 mins and has been on penalties as well which would be a huge bonus. 17/4 888 is big I think against this mob for those that can get on. Again dependant on team news and putting some sort of formation together.

There won't be any need for latte/sticky buns to get the system up and running once this has been perused in a few hours' time.
Ironside seems to have seconded the idea.
Only 999 possible security code combinations, so don't see anything to stop us now?
