If the score were 1-07 to 0-08, who would be winning, i.e. is the the three points for the goal included in the 07 or not?

That'd be 10-8.

Next question, which game displays most subtlety, Gaelic Football or Aussie Rules?

Funny you mention that, as the closest game to compare it to is probably Aussie rules. It's very physical. They do play a combined rules series against the AFL twice every 3 years. A bit of a mish mash of the 2 rules but it's entertaining. The Irish version is amateur and the Aussies are obviously pro. The score in that series is currently 8 wins each.
As for which is more subtle. I guess GAA, by a hair. But they both have their fair share of mass brawls.

Canna believe Soton are available at 5/6 to win at Poshies on Tuesday. But can't bring myself to put it up here.

Posh are on the beach already. Soton sort of need the points to hold the Hammers at bay and always put three or four past us.

10-10.
I'd say, whatever happens, a good sweat for all involved.

Soton also have to go to the Riverside on Saturday too which should be a hard place to get points.....

Is a scoreline like Laois 0-18 4-12 Wexford an indication of a different approach to the game by Wexford is it just "one of those things"?

I think it's just one of those things. I don't think certain teams score a higher % of their points from goals. I'm no expert though so I could be wrong.

Unlucky with the bet. A good sweat.
