Liverpool v Newcastle.
I don't know who owns this bet, (someone remind me, or claim it, please)
, & I'm dead rushed right now, having rested my eyes longer than planned, but here is what we have done.
We have BACKED Newcastle, £10 @ 5/1, Blue Square.
We have LAID Liverpool, £50 @ 1.65, Betfair.
ON
Fixtures 04 November / Liverpool v Newcastle / Match Odds Liverpool Lay 23208647317 04-Nov-12

Wait till after the match. If it loses, you'll see that defeat is an orphan. If it wins, success has many fathers
Split it between me, Red and Doobs (if they are happy with that?).
Fine by me - can't wait to see how MereSpread sorts that lot out!
Wait a minute..................wait a minute.................
Oh okay, if it's complicated for Mere, I'll take it all
Only kidding, jeez we were hanging on there at the end.

Another one, well done.
Looking forward to Liverpool being odds on for the next home game, and being backed in for the 27th game in a row....

Typically me, about a year late, maybe we ought to just do this blind until they turn the corner.
Are there any other examples of teams which are being over-rated for historical reasons?

I'm going offline until Midnight, but don't forget we have those two First TD bets in the Giants v Steelers NFL which starts at 9.25 I think.
We are on Redman (£20 @ 14/1) & Batch (£10 @ 33/1).

I wouldn't be going near MvG at the prices he's at now after Taylor's form last week in the CL.

This. He's showing great form but the world champs is a different beast to the weekenders.

Taylor's form varies markedly from tournament to tournament nowadays. Obv if he turns up at his best he wins. Wasn't suggesting backing him again just pointing out his form is holding. Less than £4k behind Hamilton now so a chance of getting in to the opposite side of the draw from Taylor. Looking forward to the GSOD next week.

Tony Watt fgs 5/1 ew Celtic v Dundee Utd with Hills
No Hooper today and he starts as a lone striker
Be quick 12.45 KO
Thanks.
You never specified an amount, so I don't know how confident you are, so we have just had £10 EW @ 5/1, Wm Hill.
Tony Wat, Celtic, FGS, £10 EW @ 5/1, Wm Hill.
ON
04 Nov 2012 - Dundee Utd v Celtic - First Goalscorer
Tip ItTony Watt @ 5/1
Stake : £10.00
Estimated Returns : £60.00Transaction Reference:O/0457483/0000152/F
Yeah sorry about that I was in a bit of rush, £10 ew is what I would have gone with.
We were a wee bit unlucky, our man set up the first goal after Celtic went to 2 up front following an injury and he then scored the second.
A starting Celtic CF is rarely priced above 4/1 away in the league and with Hooper a surprising omission Hills hadn't moved on Watt so the price was good.

No, because no-one has a history to match.
While I'm here, what are the rules to this thread, I posted about Port Vale earlier (a bit of a random post from me on this thread) and then thought it could be a closed group tipster thread for experts (of which there any many!) rather than random tippers?!
