NFL Today... My team New Orleans Saints up against the raiders... This one has the potential to be a points bloodbath..

After a ropey start the well oiled NO offense has clicked into gear in the last 5 games apart from a hiccup against the Broncos whose defense is mightly underated.. Saints even seem to be getting a little run game going as they are now deep at this position and starting to perform..raiders pass rush is woeful and given time Brees will slice this average secondary apart.
On the other side of the ball although their rush is improved NO secondary remains a huge weakness constantly given up big plays with pass defense 2nd worst in the league and total yards given up worst in the league..Carson Palmer at QB although not the man he was can still get the job done given the opportunity and with a couple of decent wideouts in Moore and Bey.

Raiders have givens up 97 points in the last 2 games against offenses not known for their explosiveness.. if Brees and co get in sync this could be really ugly for the raiders who could still put up 21+ the other way

With the raiders having pretty much no running game and the saints runners taking a major backseat to the passing game expect these two to be constantly throwing the ball up and down the field..

over quoted 54.5 @ 1.9

Thanks Dean.

Anyone got any views on this, please?

I find it hard to spot any team > 14 points, or take over 55 or under 37.  Total points on this match is 54.5 in a couple of places, 55.5 in most.  I will take the under @ 55 vig free if Dean or Fred wants it.

Evening Mr T. You must have been out late last night.

I have an urge for Fred to do an F1 bet, but nothing too outlandish. I am not the originator of this bet, I have copied it from Eso Kral, but it has been successful for me the 2 occasions I have done it. Bruno Senna seems to be Mr Consistent, qualifying in around 12th or 13th and then finding more pace and reliability to get into the points. His price is odds on with 5 bookies to get into the points but we can get 5/4.

Suggest Senna to pointify £20 @ 5/4 Bet Fred.

It is a nitty bet but I am not an F1 expert and I feel we all need a Fred bet to root for.

Value Alert - With a Warning.

Totesport have got their prices back to front for tonight's Darts.

If you take advantage of this, your Account MAY be closed, & I'm not even sure the bet will be honoured.

As I never use Totesport, & happened to have £35 laying in there, I stuck this bet on for Fred. I expect my Account may get closed, &/or the bet voided as an E&OE. As I never use Totesport/Totepool, it matters not to me.

I would be very surprised if the bet isn't voided. It is a clear palpable error and in general i would steer clear of betting them as all it does is get the bookies riled up with little upside.

Thanks H.

Yes, I was playing in the swingiest & scariest £5 £5 DC game ever ever ever until 3am this morning, then had a 3 hour drive home. I'm wrecked! Too old for these all-nighters now, I cannot operate efficiently for several days after. Got up at 9am, was back in bed by 11.....

So, a F1 bet. Which we never seem to be able to do well in. Perhaps the hector golden touch will change our luck, & for £20, why not, it's beautifully nitty?

£20 @ 5/4, BetFred, Senna to "pointify" (lovely word).

Agreed, hence the warning. I never use them, so as it happens, I'm not fussed.

Anyone who wants to keep their Tote Account should avoid this bet, & it'll likely get voided anyway.

Dallas are obviously one of the main teams to take on week in weekout due to their popularity. I think we should be with Cleveland +7.5 the only reasoning being that Dalllas are unpredictable and overbet and Cleveland are imo slightly underrated. Recommend £30 at 5/6 Cleveland to beat Dalls +7.5 with Betfred, Hills or Coral.

I can't really do this bet Dean, unless someone makes the value case to me. I have no idea what is what in NFL, you are Yinging, Simon is Yanging, so I'm absolutely none the wiser which way is right.

If anything, it is suggesting the price is about right, & if so, it would not be a bet for us anyway.

Good luck both of you.

Yeah saw the tote error myself earlier. Didn't do it as i'm almost certain they will claim palpable and also like you say they may very well close the account, it's like a negative freeroll.

Hope u get it away with it though!

Personally think Mvg is even still value at 1-3 tonight, i'd make him a 1-5 shot& I like the-3.5@5-6 with ladbrokes also.

Barney said how absolutely exhausted he was after the Hamilton match and although he's playing well it's nowhere near Mvg well.

Both Waites and Winstanley played pretty decent yet the young dutchman brushed them aside with sheer ease, i'm still not sure the books get how much better he is playing than anyone else right now.

However, if I were to recommend a bet for the final tonight i'd say the 6/1 with Betfred for a 170 check out looks an absolute steal.

Mvg got 2 yesterday and 1 today. Not only that but Whitlock style he is constantly leaving himself on that number, also Barney is no mug himself at checking out.

This is as low as 4-1 elsewhere which is about the right sort of price.

Recommend £20 with betfred @6-1 for a 170 check out.
