Tbh it seems with the celeb sporty type shows the best participant, or most improved normally prevails(strictly, DoI) etc. Press or social media coverage don't win over "talent".

Unless it's an "anti" press

Joey's dive on Splash was fairly dreadful. Dunno if he's up against much though.

The rationale for backing Joey had f all to do with ability!

Hello, where did I say it did?

I thought the logic was that all his twitter fans would vote......which obv didn't happen......if that wasn't the basis of the bet, what was?

I'm struggling to understand here sir, apologies. I merely commented on the standard of his dive, you piped up thinking I was referring to the bet potential, I wasn't, and you still seem to think I was.

Not to worry.

The twitter fans prob did help I guess as got him into the dive off thing.

Anyway, let's move on.

not sure if its been mentioned and i know fred already has money on this market, but what do people think about Wigan to be relegated at 2.75.

They have a lot of injuries at the back and it looks like Ramis is out for the season after today.

I really don´t think it represents any value. Some really bad sides in the PL this year, bottom six (there are some things to like about Southampton imo) plus West Ham are all very poor. Couldn´t bet Wigan at that price.

Wigan are playing great at the minute! I'd load up on Newcastle before Wigan
if Southhampton stick with Adkins then they should do enough to stay up.

Scotty. Wasn't having a pop at the bet. I thought the logic of his twitter followers was excellent, and I was reiterating that when stating his talent for diving was a minor factor, as we just hoped his fans would back regardless.

Maybe I got it wrong, but that was why I followed the advice.

Kone is away at ACN

Few months of the season left when he gets back Wink

I've actually had about three times as much on Under 45.5 in the Packers/49ers game as I have just done in this game.

I bet early in theweek but this first game going over has got the public out in force. You can bet under 45.5 at 10/11 with Boyles or Stan James (those that can). You can also get under 45 at 20/21 with Ladbrokes.

It may be best to wait and try and bet under 45 (currently 44.5) with Paddy Power to get the benefit of their offer.

It's funny how the result of one play-off game can effect a totally non-related contincency's price. If the favourites cover easily here (Denver) it could make New England move up through 10 due to favourite doubles and teasers. If they fail to cover or get beat it will probably mean a move towards Houston.

Don't forget Tonji put us on Simon Clarke in the Australian National Championship Mens Road Race.

I think it is tonight or tomorrow, but no idea what time.

not sure myself what time, what with the Aussie having upside down time.

will post when I find out.

starts at 1am UK time. It'll be about a 5 hour race, so I doubt if I'll stay awake.

Thanks Neil.

Not sure what to do as to that Unders bet, though I guess we ought to get on.

We have a few bob on the Ravens/Broncos game, the Unders has lost, but we can square it up if Ravens +9.5 gets home.

We have a good few bob at stake on the 49-ers to win the SuperBowl, so we will be hoping they get past the Packers tonight. If they lose, a goodly few bob goes south.

Not sure what all that has to do with the Unders bet, mind......

Major dither in progress.

Think we will probably dabble.

The line is 45 at present.
