15 for England (17 is the T20 record for an innings)

1 for NZ needed for the non-nits, none after 5 overs

It took 11 overs for the cricket bet to win. 13 sixes as I write. Great entertainment or a complete farce, not sure which

Nice work. Not even a sweat.

Incredible!

Note, in your Recommend Blurb, you said it was a 1/2 shot. Not wrong there. And lovely that we had 5/6. (Non-Nit route, obv).

Love getting up in the morning & finding a winner.

What the heck is "WASP"? Paul Allott just implied it was the percentage chance of New Zealand winning the game. If so, this WASP makes NZ a 49/1 chance.

Sounds like a bit of a sting to me

Good morning.

I was mostly offline yesterday, and am a bit behind with the thread, but I'll try & work through it this morning. Remind me if I have missed anything, please.

Also........Vince has some technical problems at present, hopefully temporary, so for the moment, he is unable to Update the spready. None of the Bets have been entered on the Spready since the Englandf-Brazil game on Wednesday, so I'm going to work through the thread & add them all in, but if I miss any, or make any errors, please let me know.  Vince did make me aware of the problem at the time, but I've been a bit pre-occupied with other stuff. So we are all a bit behind right now.

I noticed that Bet365 had refunded someone on the Botha fight.

We bet it with BetVictor, so I just checked the account - they also VOIDED the bet.

Almost feels like a winner!

Whilst I had "My Account" open at BetVictor, I thought I'd check if the Splash Bet had been settled yet.

 13/01/2013 GBP 50.00 Single: YES @ 2/1 Returns: £150.00

Wow, we are having a good morning!

The Tighty Sixes bet won by a distance, the Botha bet got voided, & the Splash bet has been paid out.

The Ireland v England game in the 6N on Sunday will be really tight

Should be less than a score either way at the end

Ireland have home advantage, a kicker who will pot them from anywhere in the oppo's half, plenty of flair in the backs and a strong pack

England are in form, have a kicker who will pot them from anywhere in the oppo's half, and a strong pack. Less flair out the back, probably

It is really close

http://www.oddschecker.com/rugby-union/six-nations/ireland-v-england/handicaps

Would like to recommend £3 the draw at 20-1. Feel that will be a possibility quite a long way through the match, and for little money you'll get the sweat...

This is not a recommend, but the likelihood of a Sin bin/yellow card is as close to a certainty as you can get, yet you can get 1/2.

http://www.oddschecker.com/rugby-union/six-nations/ireland-v-england/will-there-be-a-sin-binning

In a close one, with the breakdowns fiercely contested, with Ireland in particular cynical, there will be a yellow or two

---

elsewhere Wales have picked the right team, on form! Tipuric comes into the back row, Hibbard in at hooker

I can't back them in Paris against the French who have to turn in a performance though

--

Scotland v Italy

Can't back Scotland at Odds-on. Unconvinced Italy will travel well either

No bets in the other two games for me

Have had another go at this, & Paddy Power seemed to have allowed me a litle more. They Maxed me £25.68 for the "Sin-Bin" (1/2), so we have had £25. Interesting range balancing by Tighty - a 1/2 shot & a 20/1 shot on the same game!

We also took £3 @ 20/1 (BetFred) on the Tie.

£25 @ 1/2, Sin-Bin, "YES", Ireland v England, Paddy Power.

£3 @ 20/1, Ireland v England to end in a Tie, BetFred.

Hull won 1-0 eight times last season, five of those on the road.

This season they've already won four times by the same score, including against Brighton.

They are the ultimate grind-out team. Not really my sort of bet but stats would suggest this should be shorter than 9/1 tonight.

I'm having a quick morning browse of Oddschecker this morning...

Liverpool v West Brom

West Brom to win is 9/1 - Liverpool might be in a decent bit of form this year & West Brom not as good as they was earlier, but I think 9/1 (well 89/10) is a good price here & DNB is best priced at 13/2

They also did beat Liverpool 3-0 at home first game of the season & what I remember of that is that it could have been more.

BUMPED for reminder/discussion.
