ESPN site is good for stats.

Tidy enough start from Howeller. Joint 3rd after first round. Missed a couple of good oppos to share the lead in the last few holes. Long way to go, but as good a start as you could realistically hope for.

Just found out Phil Taylor is playing with new darts tonight

This can only be a bad thing for the Taylor bet unless he has been using them for weeks!

Evening Mr T.

I was delighted to read that you found your watch in the end.

Tonight there is a rugby league match between Batley and Halifax. This should be a low scoring affair, of the 8 games this season these teams have played only 3 of them have been over 44 points and in each of those they were playing teams from the bottom of the league. Anyone with a Stan James account can get 7/4 on less than 44 points which is way too high. We however will have to go for the option from William Hills.

Suggest £25 under 44 points @11/10 with William Hill.

PS This game is tonight ( Thursday )

One thing to note about betting in running in that Batley game is there is a decent bias in each half due to the slope on the pitch, the TV pics just don't do justice to how slanted it is.

No. He just missed a few up and downs you would normally expect him to make

Evening hector.

When is this match?......

A bet in the Co-Operative Championship, ooh. Let us hope we get a dividend.

Must be quite a keen local rivalry between those two Teams I would assume.

The Wm Hill price for Under 44 has improved to 6/5, which is good, I think.

Serious Nits may consider Corals, who go 5/6 Under 47.5. The Stan James price, for those who can get on, is extraordinary, as you note 7/4 Under 44. Wow.

Anyway, we have £25 @ 6/5, William Hill, UNDER 44 Points, Batley v Halifax, THURSDAY.

ON

28 Feb 2013 - Batley v Halifax - Total Match Points

Under 44 Points @ 6/5

Stake : £25.00
Estimated Returns : £55.00Transaction Reference:O/0457483/0000277/F

Daily Summary, @ 1920, Thursday February 28th

We made a profit of £55 yesterday.

One completed bet, one win, optimum efficiency.

Tremendous spot by bobby1, & later, Tighty, on Fu to beat Williams. (+£55) Williams cut a sorry sight, he was just not off. A great talent, and a poker acquaintance, it was rather sad to see him, a shadow of his former self. I hope he is soon back in the winners enclosure.

We need some good vibes tonight.

We have.....

£40 @ 6/4, Toories to win Eastleigh. Current price 6/1. It is rare indeed for Fred to get so much the wrong side of the Market.

£10 @ 12/1 UKIP to win Eastleigh. Current price 5/1. At least we got right side of that one.

LibDems are 2/9.

I rather thought we had Pressed on the Tories, but unless my eyes deceive me, I cannot see another bet. Glory be.

More optimistically, we have two Darts bets tonight, & it'd be neat to get them both home & finish February off with a flourish, or at least pay the Eastleigh bill. If only it were that easy.....

We have £48 @ 5/6, Wade 3DA OVER 94.4.

And £50 @ Evens, Taylor 3DA OVER 99.5.

Both bets are on the same match.

So, nearly £150 at stake tonight on those 4, we need 2 of the 4 bets to get home if we are to be profitable on the quartet. On top of that, we have the Batley Halifax ding-dong, with £25 at risk.

We shall end February with a bang, one way or the other.

Hi! Mr Punter here!

I dont understand why you havent stuck another £10 on the tories? From the limited news stories ive heard they have a shot. If they were good at 6/4, they must be some value at 6/1?

^^^^^ that is a genuine question relating to value for the thread btw

For those backing over 99.5 avg Taylor you might like to know that the evens is still available at Boyles and you can lay over 99.5 on Betfair at 1.76 (£4) and 1.77 (£66)
