On Budget buzzword bingo the two that jump out at me are Cyprus at 5/4 (how can he not mention this?) and Triple A at 5/1 (again, he has to address this - the question is is there another way he can phrase it). I'd also have a flier at Twitter at 25/1, simply because it's something that fuckwit politicians throw into speeches because they think it makes them appear cool.

The Tories don't call it that. Dunno what Fred limits are on this but my max bet on Cyprus is £4 at 5/4.

Cyprus isn't even showing in my market, but I chucked a tenner on 'Triple Dip' @ 8/1 on the off chance that he gives it 'We are not in a'

When you say "hell of an overound" you may have got it wrong. There is no clear overound.
It's like a to score/not to score market, not a 1st goalscorer market.
You can only bet "yes" and each one is a seperate yes/no proposition.
You are correct in that there are some where they are say 3/1 and I'd happily bet 1/5 no but it isn't really possible to see the overound. They could all win!

I like the fact that "striving to get on" is in there.
Will he really mention how his Corals account has become a waste of time?

That was my exact two horsey. AndrewT is right, they don't call it bedroom tax. Won't happen. Hard choices and tough decisions above austerity?
