Jog on with the Sunderland updates tikay or I'll out u as the closet mackem u are! No bet on it means it's of no interest to fred!

Serious question, in the Stoke match some Neanderthal stokie defender has a cut and had to change shirts, now wearing number 50. What happens in the spreads on shirt numbers should he bundle one in after a melee caused by a hoof into the manure box? Does he now count as 50? Is a cut and shirt change an opportunity to watch for in spreads, obv not that much change with a stokie defender but say it had been rooney who was potentially gonna change from a '10' to a '50'

I have a general rule of football betting - always, in a local derby, back the underdog. So I was  on Sunderland today, and cheering through my pocket.

Still, look on the bright side, Jeff. Next time I'll be on Newcastle.

How was Vegas?

Given his excessive celebrations, was RvP on a bonus for scoring 20 goals?

If backing people off the pace you obviously need someone capable of shooting low, sounds like common sense but some of the players games just aren't setup to shoot 65 etc.

Nick Watney is leading the masters for the last two rounds, a terrible +6 opening round sums his game up round here, always seems to throw a bad one in but is one of only a handful of people capable of birding most holes. He shot 68 yesterday including 4 bogeys!!! I'm not for one minute suggesting he is going to win and shoot a 63/64. But he definitely is capable of going low

I recommend @259/1win, @12/1 top 5. Thoughts?

Coral offering 5/2 on top ten finish for Watney. Thoughts?

Proper nitty that, Greg!

We are still not on the Dubai one, (Watney)  where he sought opinions. A Chompy style rebuff incoming.

Still interested in Watney, by whichever route, if people agree.

Well, i didnt have a coral account and they are offering a 50 free bet on joining so was another reason for me doing it. I think as long as he shoots under par or ~70 he will finish top ten. So 5/2 seems value

If there were a £50 Free Bet bonus, it would deffo be value!

What is your view on the suggestion by Dubai? Watney to win at about 250/1, and 12/1 Top 5.

Give me a clear answer, and we will have £20 on your Top Ten suggestion. Smiley

I prefer the top ten bet as i really see it as much much shorter than a 5/2 shot as expect him to go well today and if he comes top 9 (ie not joint tenth) we scoop without being divided. Top five seems a stretch and would have that about a 10/1 - 14/1 shot, maybe higher. Betfair have him 227 ftw and 32 red are at 249. Best price on the traditionals is 150 so definite value there but we would still be backing a 150/1 shot!! (Ie, once in a blue moon whether its value or not). He would have to shoot probably ~62 to win and that aint ever been done!

Up to you..

The Jason Day "Brain-Training" thing........

I suppose if he THINKS it works, it works......

Perhaps it explains why he takes to long to hit a shot, he has to fire up his EEG thing, then await the results.

Am I using my right brain? Yep. OK, here we go.......

You sit on fences better than me.......

Did your beloved Mansfield Town win yesterday? Maccesfield smacked in FOUR, away from home. And conceded 5........

OK, we are on, you got me in a post-nap mood, & the right side of my brain is not fired up yet.

I like this Watney bet and I have thrown a handful of darts at players -2 too.  Interestingly Gmac tweeted that he could see a player shooting low and catching the leaders.

Mansfield lost and kiddy won so i was not in a good mood at all yesterday. We realistically now need to win our last 2 games to win the league. It will be tough. Bookies still have us favs but i am very nervous
