Celtic away in a hostile enviroment
Cheltenham
A Cricket Match abroad that I have yet to decide but the Caribbean is winning at the moment.
I truly thought I had lost the plot.
I had to read that 5 times before I sussed what it was.
Wrong thread Snowy!

Orioles.
Not sure what an oriole is,
tbh, or why the people of Baltimore like them in multiple, but orioles they are.
Ask, & you shall be told.

Same thing, pretty much.
Baltimore Oreos.
Works, scans nicely, yeah?

Beautiful.
Worth it in the end.
They just need to win now.

Radjabov won a game yesterday at Even money. I'm an idiot for not sticking it up (or betting on it!) with the benefit of hindsight. Was a golden spot as well.
Never mind.
http://www.marathonbet.com/en/betting/Chess
Karjakin has been playing very well this week (he won the exhibition blitz tournament that opened the comp), has won all three of his games so far and is 7/1 to beat Aronian with black. Whenever the two play, they have fast and furious games, full of vitality. A good chunk of the time, the fire burns out and there's nothing left but embers. But either could win the game. Maybe the difference between where I'd put the price and where the bookies have isn't worth fighting over.
Carlsen v Svidler is a really interesting one. Each beat the other as Black in the Candidates, Svidler has been completely hot and cold this week and Carlsen has been bubbling away without reaching boiling point. Draw at 2.25 feels generous, although I could foresee Carlsen having a go because he has already a gap to catch up in this, the strongest tournament his home country has seen for a very long time.
Be interesting to see how it plays out, anyway.
I have difficulty feeling confident in proposing "the price isn't correct" recommends because I'm no compiler. These two in particular feel like they lean on the favourable side, if anything. All part of my own learning of the intricacies of this stuff. Betting on chess is almost as foreign to me as it is to everyone else

MAX BET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Minnesota to beat balitmore
109/100 @ 365
21/20 @ boyle sport
the reason for the price is their pitcher Hammel moved to 5-1 on the year with the effort and now holds a 4.10 ERA in seven starts. More concerning, however, is his 26 strikeouts to 16 walks in 41 2/3 innings so far this season. Even though Hammel keeps winning games for Baltimore, his modest ratios and strikeout potential
Our pitcher, Sunday marked the first quality start for Pelfrey since he had Tommy John surgery on May 1, 2012. He also showed the best velocity he has all seasrmon, topping out at 95 mph.
Our hitters are in prime form with in the last 7 games the bulk of our top order is in primer form with mauer, Morneau, plouffe, arcia and doumit all having very good batting averages
Baltimore hitter form over the last 7 is not as good with only j hardy with a excellent batting average and the rest with mid .250 averages
So imo i think bookies are over rating their pitcher and under rating our pitcher.
Got it this time!
Can't access Boyles (though they have a shop right opposite my hotel) and Bet365 maxed us at £30, but at least we are on.
Details to be confirmed, but we have....
£30 @ 109/100, Bet365, Minnesota Twins to beat Baltimore Whatsits.
ON
Come on the Twins, 4-0 at the end of the 4th. They are 4-0 in the R column and 7-5 in the H column too. Looks good, whatever it all means.
Get confused here.

R is the main one, number of runs
H is the number of hits; the number of times the batters have got to first base or better. AFAIK it doesn't count for anything other than individual stats.

99% sure about hits, might be some tiebreaker somewhere maybe. 6-0 in sixth innings, oioi, next exactly calling it in at the first corner. Cheers mate.
im the worst.

Pretty brutal beat to lose this Twins game from 6-0 up. A bit like a football team being 2-0 up at half time and getting beat.
