I would love to know what Lambert said to his team at half time.
"Lads. We're one up and the opposition are down to ten. So, how are we going to mess this up?"

Oi oi. Sporting Gesture just bolted up in the Lingfield Oaks Trial.
Tbf she beat a bunch of trees - the runner-up bolted for a mile and was still too good for the rest, but it was visually very impressive.
Sporting Gesture is now challenging for favouritism at around 4/1 for Epsom.

Just been told some 'inside information'
Apparently the Newcastle manager is going to get sacked after their next match and Benitez will be the new manager.
Don't know how reliable this is, to put it nicely the guy seemed a little dim-witted. Might be worth a few £ though

Effemelle.
Meanwhile Yorks bowling terribly and Somerset going mental. 90/0 off 9 in a cb40 game.

Really does sum up villa's season.
Play well, Benteke scores, oppo down to ten, somehow mess it up.

The few times I've been there, I've really liked the Fitzwilliam. Incredible the use of space. Like a squished Hippodrome.
We all went to The Fitz last night, about 20 of us invaded the place.
Have Hosted numerous events there down the years, including APAT & Wm Hill. Few interesting stories there, too......
Bit embarrassing last night, Thewy was busting everyone for fun.
Was a nice Tourney though, which I won hard-held.
Standard.
We need some numbers here at the mothership.
What?
I hope you are not doubting my word, Mr S.

Rumour spreading up here that he was sacked after the Sunderland game but giving until the end of the season.

A picture of you rubbing €500 notes on your moobs will suffice.

The new slimline me no longer possess moobs, I'm pleased to relate. I do have a much-admired & quite splendid velvet jacket though, which is attracting much comment.
There is, I might add, an interpretation of last night's Tourney result which suggests I got busted in 46th place by Dewi James of all people. Shocking call by him, shocking.
