Daily Report
Loss on Month £51.25
Outstanding Bets £1911.85
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Aia1Hxq-NDNWdFk3UmlTSXMzTjRBTVNfOWRndVFsZHc&pli=1#gid=27
A profit of £60 yesterday, with Tonji's excellent cycling spot which was never threatened as a winner
Elsewhere the Test Match is nicely poised after a surprising day of terrible batting and some good bowling. One wonders if the Australians will be competitive enough in their batting against Anderson to put Swann in our series bet, notwithstanding dry, cracked and spinning pitches
In County cricket Durham are putting the final nails in the coffin of our finish bottom bet against Derbyshire. Middlesex and Northants have fights on on the final day of their games but in better news Katich scored a double hundred to move third in the Division two run scorers.
In the TdeF Quintana is 8th in the overall standings, 2 minutes off a podium and the Alps to come. I assume that still has chances. Porte is 31st and 21 minutes down. Lets assume that doesn't.
In Baseball the Tampa Bay Rays won their seventh straight by beating the Twins in the fourth extra inning. So that is all encouraging
Yesterday bets were placed on Southampton, boxing x 2 and a golf hole on one taking the forward book to nearly £2,000

A dry heat at Trent Bridge today.
Potentially, Australia could bat for a while.

Hills are doing their generous £25 money back as a free bet offer on the mobile again tomorrow.
Suggest £25 Sir John Hawkins at 9/4 in the 2.10, Universal at 4/1 in the 2.40.
Just to keep them happy, put £25 on Montridge at 4/5 in the 4.25 . The horse looks easily the best in the race, price is near Betfair anyway, and we get best odds guaranteed. There is no free bet offer in this race.
Almost certainly I'm being dense but I can't see any mention of this offer.

Yes, Quintana is trading at roughly 3/1 for the podium. But is still hampered with his leader, Valverde, lying in 2nd & team mate Costa in 9th. With the mountainous final week, he needs to conserve energy the next few days, avoid hitting the tarmac & hope to be allowed the freedom to go for wins. Hang on to your hats...

Is the first offer when you go in the mobile site.
Now go Dare to Achieve in the first, then Universal (7/2) and Montridge at 8/11. These are not as good as last night but still best prices. You can do Sir John Hawkins too, but trying to improve the offers to non offer bet ratio!

I suppose the problem with any Swann bet in any game at any point is that the Australians need to be good enough to keep Anderson out!
They aren't, wonderful bowling, ordinary batting

at least you can see Swann's potential over the five tests here. Has the Aussies all over the place, and its not really spinning yet

Banzai value bet in The Open. Bwin are hugely over the market line on Richard Sterne at 125/1. Betfair are 75/1! They don't have any EW terms but he is more than capable of winning. He has also shown this morning that he can manage links golf. Other firms are adjusting but bwin are asleep. Firms offering 7-8 places EW are also skinny on him at 66-75/1.
Suggest a small investment

They seem to have dropped the odds to allow for this. Paddy Power paying 7 with better odds than them on most. Might have a look later, but am guessing Paddy's are better overall on most at the top.

thank you
As a general rule whichever mug like me spots the offers/enhanced terms etc should throw them up here and let the experts
like Tal,
sorry like Doobs/others, dissect them for value, please

I think it is still a good offer, just the other is likely slightly better. It may well be better to spread bets over two bookies for account saving purposes? This all assumes some people still have accounts where they can put a bet on there!

Top quality swerving. Horse didn't really settle for a long time.

Anyone fancy 9-1 Agar scoring another 31 here for a £5?
Old ball, good weather....
