Secret Asset won the 4:05 at York.
If I was doing a proper tikay impression, my mis-click would have won.

Today

4.05 York

Demora

One of the owners came into my work yesterday. The horse is entered in this race today and one tomorrow.

They are only running it in one of the races and whichever one it runs in, should have a really good chance at winning.

Still set to run today, currently 11/2 favourite Smiley

By tradition, Fred likes to have a small bet on a first time tipster...

On

Edit: Removed from Fred due to me backing the wrong horse Smiley

it was 3rd

ps - you are meant to back the mis-clicks personally, thats the system that works for Tikay

I did. I don't think they refund mis-clicks although I didn't ask them.

Terms and Conditions Apply
*Free Bets For Winners: UK/ROI £/€ website/mobile/telephone customers 18+. Win Singles/Win part of Each Way Singles matched up to £/€10 per race as free bet, if you bet on a winner with an SP of 3/1 or greater in any live Channel 4 race on Saturday 13th July. I'm not sure if this is worth much and probably a bit fiddly for a free £10 bet that must be used in less than a week.

Don't forget Doobs' BetVictor £25 bet must be used by the end of the month too.

Don't Bet365 have a standing offer similar to that? Often gets mentioned to add a few % to a bet.

Only get money back got 2nd on mobile. We can't do that, still worth taking for Fred.  Suggest £25 if we can get it.

Daily Report

Loss on Month £64.25

Outstanding Bets £1911.85

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Aia1Hxq-NDNWdFk3UmlTSXMzTjRBTVNfOWRndVFsZHc&pli=1#gid=27

A loss of £13 yesterday with a win on Verdasco beating Almagro offset by racing losses with both Rizeena and Sky Lantern turned over as was a debut pick at York

The Test Match enters day 4 with England moving into a commanding position in what has been a pulsating and controversial encounter. We have wins for both teams covered for a small profit thanks to pre-match offers, though Australia is a better though far more unlikely result

A day after Northants fell a point off Lancashire at the top of LVCC2 they announced that Trent Copeland is to return from Australia for the final three games of the season. Amajor boost, as it was he who largely catapaulted them to the top with 36 wickets in the first 5 matches

In Le Tour, a dramatic flat stage saw Contador take timeout of Froome at the top and Quintana become the leading Movistar rider with the falling away from Valverde. Effectively we have 8/1 Quintana to podium, which looks far more likely than it did 24 hours ago, with the Alps to come

No sign of a hole in one at the Scottish Open yet!

There's a chance to bet on a new sport on this thread I think today.

It's the Fishomania final live on Sky and I'd like to think that I know a bit when it comes to fishing as I'm a match angler too, having fished against 1 or 2 of these guys in the past.

Anyone of the 16 anglers can win this as it's the best line up ever, featuring previous winners, England internationals and downright solid anglers but........there are things to look for if we have a punt, here's the lowdown for those that are bothered.

Fish follow wind, therefore pegs 9 - 13 look good as the slight breeze could make all the difference.
End pegs are usually an advantage as fish look for a bit of cover (1 and 16)
In this weather, I think it will be won by fishing shallow (all of these guys are good at that...Jamie Hughes and Les Thomson won their qualifiers fishing shallow I think.

I quite fancy Jamie Hughes, Les Thompson and Nathan Watson...these are all around the 9/1 mark and it's about 7/1 the field.

Starts at Midday live on Sky.

Suggest a small £5 bet on each, or 2 of these guys.

Do we have the draw, Matt? A few of my friends are decent anglers and one of the group they fish with every Sunday has been in Fishomania a few times.

I have as much interest in it as I do about Big Brother and fall asleep when they start on about pellet wagglers, but I am aware the peg can make all the difference. Do we know that, yet?

Can't find the market. Is it only skybet?

Think it is time for a proper Banzai with the free bet.  BetVictor are biggest and match Betfair on Trumpet Major in the 2.30 at Ascot.

The horse is unreliable, but can put in the odd classy performance.  His last two races were awful, but he looked good in his first race.  He isn't quite good enough to win a group 1 at his best,  but can win a group 2.  The opposition doesn't look great.

He is 22/1, and it is probably more likely he runs badly than well.  But he is 22/1.

Suggest £25 free bet with BetVictor on Trumpet Major 2.30 at Ascot.

Mate of mine's brother is in Fishy mania, Andy Leathers. He said any of the runners could win and a lot will depend on the draw.

This is true......the draw was live on Sky last night.

Should be somewhere.
