James Dasaolu has run 9.91 in the men's 100m at the British trials. Where the heck did that come from?!

A syringe?

Not sure if they test in the semis, but very suspect that he pulled out of final

I would think they just test whenever they feel like it, but I imagine their coaches run the courses so that their levels aren't out of the norm around competition time too.

He's done the qualifying time, so there's no point going again and pulling something if he doesn't feel tip-top.

That's more likely than anything untoward.

Well done The Milkman, and ditto, and welcome back, Sandy (Henrik).

Two more lovely bets today, great stuff.

Am at McCarron Airport right now, awaiting my flight home. Can see an Aeromexico 737-800 up close. Took a photo, will upload when I get home.

Past 2 years of no injuries, whilst the previous years injuries always hampered any progress.  Confidence high from improving all year as well a fast track today, lots of qualifying times were met.  Understandably avoiding the final when in the past he's been fragile and has bigger meets this year.

Short notice but Ogogo points at 5/4 is worth a small bet. Boulden is durable and went 10 rounds with BJ Saunders. Ogogo looked a bit light handed in his last fight.

Sorry, I missed this.
Ogogo won with a stoppage?

Oooh, getting back to see the conclusion of Big Brother.

Chompy's Gina train is steaming ahead, currently 2/1 best.  Mr Savaloy is putting on his dancing shoes.

Dirty Derry gets outclassed for 9 rounds and then sparks Coyle in the 10th.

Not sure if Tonjii is about or any of the cycling guys.

Big day in the Tour De France especially for the French as it's Bastille day. Here's how the official site describes today's stage.

The longest stage of Le Tour 2013 promises to be a most compelling competition but it is no ordinary day on the race. This is a battle for bragging rights. Rising to an altitude of 1,912 metres Mont Ventoux inspires writers and riders alike. More has arguably been said about this one climb than any other in the long history of the Tour de France. It is brutal and beautiful. And the winner here becomes part of the legend of the race. To conquer the slopes Giant of Provence – just by reaching the summit – is a dream for almost every cyclist and tomorrow someone gets to add their name to the winner's list.

There's one stand out French climber who, I'm sure, will take everyone on today, Pierre Rolland.

He's won mountain stages in the last two tours and with today being Bastille day I'm sure he's going to figure prominently throughout the stage. he's currently 27's on Betfair. Suggest ten pounds.

Currently 19/1 on Betfair so I guess somebody else agrees with you!
22/1 on Coral.

Daily Report

Profit on Month £18.33

Outstanding Bets £1746.85

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Aia1Hxq-NDNWdFk3UmlTSXMzTjRBTVNfOWRndVFsZHc&pli=1#gid=27

A profit of over £80 yesterday

Winners

- A hole in one in the Scottish Open Golf +£50
- Hull winning by 11 points against the CESM +£39
- Derry Matthews finding a punch to reverse a 4-5 round points deficit late on +£60

Losers

Brook stopped Jones in the 8th. I am assuming this is a loser, and a stoppage isn't a "technical decision"? -£55
Jones didn't win in rounds 6-10 - £11.42

A fantastic Test Match concludes today with England 2/9 to take the last four wickets to go one up. We win either way. Thread is cheering on Australia, but cricket is the winner Richie.

The Tour De France heads up the Ventoux today. Come on Mr Quintana

Gina is a big favourite for big brother

It's the last games of the first half of baseball season, before the All Star Break. The Red Sox are powering at the top of the AL East for us

Morning Mr M.

Today's rugby league 1/4  final sees Warrington host Huddersfield in what should be a brutal encounter, akin the recent match between Warrington and Wigan. Hot weather usually means lots of points, but we have gone beyond hot and into roasting and that reduces points. I expect Warrington to be too good defensively and to win something like 26-14. I am tempted by the super unders of 44 points but I like the idea of an undefeated weekend so will stick with normal unders.

Suggest £24 under 50.5 points @ 5/6 with skybet.
