Given we slept through the Justin Rose 20s at BetVictor, I suggest the following on the Open.

Jason Day £15 e/w at 33/1
Charl Swartzel £15 e/w at 40/1
Rickie Fowler £15 e/w at 50/1
Jason Dufner £10 e/w at 80/1
Webb Simpson £10 e/w at 80/1
Bubba Watson £10 e/w at 100/1
Jim Furyk £10 e/w at 100/1
Keegan Bradley £10 e/w at 100/1
Jamie Donaldson £10 e/w at 125/1
Nick Watney £10 e/w at 125/1

all at BetVictor and make sure you click the each way box.

and if that isn't enough
Jordan Spieth  £5 e/w 150/1 at Stan James

Think that is about £240 total, so comfortably below the max, so can't see any complaints.

Some of these we beat Betfair on the place prices and we get 3 extra places with BetVictor.  They all look good on the maths.

Ahh, found it!

No idea if we got on or not, bear with me, I'll go have a look.

You may be assured, Longy, Fred has adopted the Oregon Ducks. How could we not?

Months & months of Duck previews & reviews will follow now. All for a £20 or £25 bet. What's not to like about Fred?

I doubled down after being sent a link to the article I posted last night.

The guy who wrote it could be wrong, but we get some great mileage from the bet regardless!!

Harris is getting very good carry today. Remind me why Finn isn't playing.

Ahh, the kid who is -2 in The Open?

Last mention of him on here that I can see was back in March, presumably for The Masters?

There was at least one mention after that.  Never mind, if it isn't on, it isn't on.  Go on Jordan.

Just checked - no, that one never got placed. Think we missed the price.

Phew, Oddschecker is back. You don't realise how much you use it until it's down.

Down again though, right?

might be wrong here but just had a quick look at the Tiger specials market with pp

http://www.paddypower.com/bet?action=go_betlive_event&ev_id=5525865

they are 13/2 Tiger to birdie (or better) hole 12

doing some digging on the scoring website this morning shows 10 birdies already from around 40 players today on this hole (figures not exactly right i suspect but close enough)

Indicating that the price "should" be around 3's for the average player, fair to say Tiger is a better player than the mean

Looks worthy of £20

It must be playing MUCH easier than yesterday then, there were only 20 birdies there all day.

http://espn.go.com/golf/stats/hole

I am assuming those stats are yesterday ONLY.

The Market for the 12th hole has been removed, as far as I can see. Probably because Tiger has played 13 holes!

BV are giving money back as a free bet  on outright bets in the World Matchplay if MVG wins. They are also best price on Taylor at 11/4.

Thanks Bazza. I need some more clues though - who do you suggest we back? Taylor?

Doobs is the expert in these things, but the bet sounds good to me.

Sadly, annoyingly, he was well good.
