I am not sure why, but Hills are doing their mobile offer at Hamilton today. Ground is good/good to firm, draw bias not very significant. Prices aren't up yet, presumably because it is all a bit Mickey Mouse. I am going to be busy a lot of the day, but should be good for those who like to nick a bit of value.
Stick with Spotlight in the Racing Post. Guy's a genius.
That the same guy who said there would not be many goals in Poshies v Reading?
Yup, proper genius him.

They have prices up on the 15.40, and Argaki looks to be worth the usual £25. The 15.10 looks like a bet to nothing race when they put prices up. It will have a short price favourite, one that will be 4/1 and the others hopeless. Sure backing either of he first 2 would be obvious value.
Thanks Doobs, all done.
Incidentally, these races can be viewed via the wm Hill Site if you place a bet on the race.

Cunning plan to back both the first two in that race for guaranteed ice cream status. We only get money back on the first one you placed.

Marvellous effort, sir.
Doobs, you do realise that this is a Tikay misclick, so it's going to be a dead heat, surely?

Easily rectified. Just put another £25 on all of the other horses. That way, you've definitely got the winner and you'd be unlucky if the first one you backed wins and you therefore don't get that one refunded.

Canterbury v Waikato = New Zealand, by the way
ITM Cup, the domestic NZRFU cup
Canterbury the Manchester United of NZ rugby historically but Waikato have just won back to back Super rugby titles
Canterbury currently 23-3 up approaching half time, and that Waikato team news appears to have been a major spot.

Quickaswecan (13/8) in the first at Hamilton is probably worth a bet at £25. My theory is that maiden races must be great for best odds guaranteed anyway. If you back one that isn't fancied you benefit from the drift, if it is fancied the early price is great. With the offer on top it must be big +EV.
Of course, now I have said this it is sure to start at exactly 7/4.

an example being
"TRY! Canterbury score their third and it personified patience. A big build-up was iced off with Slade tapping on to Patrick Osborne who set up hooker Ben Funell for the try. Bleyendaal can't convert again.
"
i like iced off much better than finished off

The Gordon Taylor "scandal" is interesting.
Less so for the revelations about his gambling habit, but that he allegedly earns £1,000,000 per year.
As Trade Union jobs go, that's a beaut.
