Anyone know why Oxford are such a big price (5/4) against Rochdale? Oxford won one, drawn one at home, Rochdale lost two away. Wasn't expecting them to be odds against?

Sir Brent Horner was on the ReddieSteadyBet podcast earlier in the week, he said Oxford are injury plagued, they got a lucky last minute equalizer at the weekend.
Rochdale have outplayed their opponents, but not got the results. The manager is Keith Hill who is very good, and they are Brent's nap of the week.

Oxford are an Overs team, play with inconsistent centre backs without much holding midfield protection

On my list for suitable Over 2.5 match ups most weekends

For discussion

but there is a premier League team at home today which has had one shot on target in two games...Newcastle v Fulham

Under 2.5 is 8/11 favourite in that game, which seems fair enough

Tomorrow, two Premier League teams play each other with a combined one goal in four games...

Under 2.5 is a Even money under-dog in that game

One team, West Brom, played Long and Rosenborg up front last game with Vydra on the bench. Just looks a line-up short of goals to me. Rosenborg has, irrc scored one goal in England. Long is not the player of last season without Lukaku taking up the attention...

The other team, Swansea, plays one up with Bony on the bench in the league and passes its way to nowhere in particular in away games. Granted it has had a tough start, but doesn't look like its as easy as last year (Laudrup style second season syndrome?, teams worked them out?)

I think Evenss probably under-dog when it should be favourite

England v Australia T20, today.

Any views on this?

http://www.oddschecker.com/cricket/england-v-australia/t20-series/england-v-australia-%5b2nd-t20%5d/winner

Total Boundaries maybe? The line is 36.5, I think.

The game is being staged at Durham, I believe.

We currently have one (very small) bet on Faulkner, Top Aussie Bowler, for BOTH games (I think?), & he is currently wicketless.

Leeds v QPR Bookings

For no logical reason, I feel there may be plenty of cards in this.

Barton is 5/4, no value there, surely, though I don't know if he has been a good boy so far since returning to QPR.

Is there any value in the total cards market?

Elland Road can be a feisty venue (or used to be the case), & there are a few egos on parade.

Faulkner is both games. He was stuffed because England had to go for it at the start on Thursday, and lost early wickets - he bowls later in the 20 overs

Durham is a tougher place for batsmen than Southampton, but no idea on pitch or boundaries in/out yet

At first glance the total boundaries spread has hardly adjusted from Thursday, but it can't be as easy as that...

We are thinking along similar lines. It was 34.5 on Thursday, & was achieved before England batted, though the circumstances are never going to be repeated.

If you get to se the pitch/boundaries, will you let us know, please?

In the T20 Female  England v Australia which precedes the Gents version, Australia only managed 91/7 in their alotted 20 overs, with just 5 boundaries.

The boundaries are back. You can see this crushes the Women's game, they can't hit boundaries. Insufficient power.

The pitch is slow, with a lot less bounce than Southampton. More of a nurdler's pitch, not a boundaries pitch. This fits what Durham is like in FCC

Of course if a hitter like Finch gets in, all pre-match estimates are out of the window as we saw on Thursday but from a TV look at the pitch I would say the thread should be leaving overs on boundaries alone on this occasion

Oddly enough someone was telling me that they had a "nurdling chair" yesterday.

Think that might be a different cup of tea altogether.

Ahh, thanks, missed that.

We only have about a fiver, at 4/1 or thereabouts, but it all helps.

Very small sample size to go on is what i'd say.

If anything i'd say the unders seem awfully short in the Newcastle game.

Swansea did also let in 4 in their first game, albeit against man u.

Not disagreeing that unders could be seen to be slight favourite with the points you make, just wouldn't be going overboard personally.
