I am the last person to defend bookmakers usually, but not sure what Ladbrokes have done wrong.

Of course there's a rule 4, we'd be livid if we'd layed LGB after the decs were made and Betfair hadn't made deductions for the withdrawn horses.

We know customer services at these firms are clueless, so taking their word for anything is completely pointless.

That's why you should keep shtum to boyles, don't need to alert them to the fact they should be deducting 20p not 5p.

The fact bookmakers are esp their customer services people are clueless is not a shock.

Just be happy Hills and Boyles have mis settled imo.

They havent done anything wrong you are correct, its just dissapointing that they always seem to do all they can to make it unfair for the punter.  Not that this is unfair, but compared to other bookmakers who have settled it frustratingly large deduction.  I beleive I got screwed over big time with a share in laddiespoker1 (a promotion they ran with winning shares in a race horse via poker) and ever since i've never really trusted them.  Only topped up with them for GLB as they were last ones top price, my fault for being slow.

Fair point, and you are quite right, as a company they tilt me so im just bitching.  

Unrealted I heard a lot of chatter about fiesolana, noticed ladbrokes where stand alone top price on him once they settled GLB, and at the time beat betfair price, so i stuck some on.  Hopefully take afew pennies from them.
