Has the Ch 4 Racing gone off air? Gone dead here.
Is good for me
Weird. All my other Channels are working fine, just lost Ch 4.
Maybe you have been restricted?
Ha! Probably. I can get the races on Wm Hill TV, but I prefer to listen to Mick Fitz & Co.
You can watch channel 4 online.

Stuart Broad is now facing his first ball in List A cricket for Notts since 2008 and his first ever ball in 40 over cricket.
Last ball of the innings...
Bowled.
GG sir
Worth the wait......
Amused me, anyway.

Thanks, it's just come back on. Just in time too see our horse streak home. Happy.

Don't make this the fourth winning tip you miss out on from me....
Bolton to beat Brighton - 3.1/1. Incredible value. Bolton are playing better than results suggest, and we can't score to save our lives. Freedman ex Palarse will want to get one over us too.
We have NINE players out injured (We have the third smallest squad in the league as it is), including our WHOLE midfield!
Andrews - first 11 CM
Bridcutt - first 11 DM
Orlandi - first 11 AM
Kemy - first 11 CM
JFC - back-up behind Orlandi
Ulloa - first 11 FW
CMS - back up striker
Hoskins - reserve striker
Ankergen - reserve gk
Cheeky £10er can pay for your wine and dinner tonight
Plenty of warmth, so we are on.
Only the suggested £10 though, these things always look better on paper, before the event, & there will be plenty of other spots, am not in a rush.
Looks decent though, for sure.
£10 @ 16/5, Ladbrokes, Bolton to whop Brighton.
ON
Bolton
Brighton v Bolton
Singles - Win-Draw-Win
1 line @ £10.0 per line
.
Total Stake £10.00
Potential Return £42.00
Receipt No: O/142640973/0000448
If you can beat the machine by that much, and have such a decent edge over a liquid market which hasn't reacted enough to such important team news, it's not a rush/over reaction to have a decent bet on such an event.
Loads of actual punting goes on in this thread, and I certainly embrace that and am guilty of it myself very often, but this actually looked a really good spot and I for one am grateful win or lose for this info.
Not meant as a slight at you Tikay, but I think sometimes nuggets like this are thrown into the pile of 'anyway the bookies know this'-well they most likely don't as the machine is too far ool with the best price on a fairly liquid market.
It's not a banzai, it's a well thought out bet which is backed up by the maths of the prices involved and should if backed be staked accordingly imo.
Bets like these just scream value to me far more than 90% of the bets I place, they have a bit more insider info and I always like to follow a fan that backs against their own team, if only due to being able to non rose tint it.

Not putting a recc up, but the 2.20 is also a race that looks like use of an offer

Good old Jamie Spencer did us a favour there. You'd be a real clot to back one of his horses. Oh wait...

The video of the Rays walk off last night
Hideous stadium the trop, like playing in a circus tent, but if you can ignore the aesthetics, this is fun

What a weird place. They look happy though!

I am sure someone will know Dubai or Doobs...
But if there is a horse priced with Hills and has the offer at 3/1, but 7/2 elsewhere where they have no offer, where does the maths take us?

Liverpool back 4 of toure skrtel agger sakho. 4 centre backs.
3 fullbacks on bench. Bit odd.
Sure Brendan knows what he's doing, eh...

Don't disagree Dom, but I'm here for the long game, & I'll be delighted if we can nick £30+.
Good luck all who sail in the good ship Bolton Wanderers today.

Red Bull over a second faster than everyone else in Singapore.
In the words of Marshawn Lynch, "I thought this was supposed to be a match? It's a MISmatch!"

I always check Betfair. Think they are both 7/2 now, but best price normally saves you. If you were stuck with 3/1, I'd probably just give it a miss. I backed Supplicant, as he was closest to Betfair at the time.

I'm not talking about a specific race, just example. Just perhaps a theory I have is to take better price, because in reality I don't want free bet. Of course if this happens (to me, not fred), then perhaps it may need topping up elsewhere to get hold of a bit of value?
