Great race that.  All 3 previous thread bets, but just a free bet today.

Outsider ran well - Main Sequence - had a cornetto forecast with Farhh. That would have been nice. Would have made hundreds, rather than thousands, mind.

If Mendez-Laing gets a start for Poshies this afternoon, which he's definitely pushing for, the 6-1 and 7-1 (PP) to score any time would look to big. He's a genuine goal threat and we really ought too be putting a few past Shrewsbury.

We got badly Maxed, but we are on @ 7/1.

BET PLACED

Ooh, WINNER!

We were MAXED @ £3.80, but every little helps.

Bet Stake Peterborough v Shrewsbury - N Mendez-Laing @ 7/1  -£3.80
19 Oct 2013 @ 11.55
Via Internet This bet is unsettled English League 1 Matches - Peterborough v Shrewsbury - N Mendez-Laing @ 7/1

On a different subject is there a draw bias at ascot? Not watched any races today but want to have a go at the 4:45.

The Voges runs don't matter, yet, he was too far back

It's been a good day for the Bailey bet

This morning, whilst rather busy elsewhere, I was struggling a bit with the bets, some of which were a bit awkward.

Adzy suggested £20 win @ 10/1, Johns Spirit. It went 9/1, then Sporting Bet restricted me, but I got £20 win with BMU.

Whilst I was grappling with that, & 3 poker tables.......Mr Channing popped up & suggested the race would be better EW.

So I went back & had £20 EW @ 9/1 with BetFred, but with all the stuff going off, I think I omitted to report this 2nd bet on the thread.

Makes no difference to me personally, but this bet WAS placed for Fred.

Ruling (Aftertiming Dept) required.

The settled betslip is below.

19/10/2013 11:05:21  200/
214  W:20.00 S:20.00  Single  Cheltenham 14:35/Outright Betting  Johns Spirit   9/1  Won  C  £40.00  £265.00

May I rule on this please?

Because this morning I recorded the e/w bet which you put on the thread but not the win bet. Check the spreadsheet now to see

Both were mentioned on thread though and both are valid

Funny that

Happy to go ew Tikay.

Would, and hav,e had far more, but when betting with yours prefer to be more subjective. I do like his chances though for sure

Done, £20 EW @ 9/1, thanks.

We may have a bit more on the other one if Neil agrees, we only have a £5 win on the saver at present.

BET PLACED

This evidences the SECOND bet, after Adzy approved the EW, but the FIRST bet - £20 WIN - was mistakenly not reported here.

Bold bit is the key. You meant to report it but didn't. Fred bet.

Yes. Adzy said WIN, I backed it, then Mr C suggested EW, Adzy agreed, so I went back for the £20 EW & reported that bet, but forgot to report the first bet.

All this was while I was grappling with Gerard's 100th, Plinop's questions about poker staking, & why & how Matey Boy had managed to call all-in first hand of a PLO8 DYM with 8-6-6-4.
