Tighty, ALL the bets are now on the Locked thread, just have to do the WINNERS/LOSERS bit now.

Normal service may never be resumed.

Could you also check the expiry of the Betfair s-book free bet please? Is it 7 days as with other firms?

Wow, good job you asked - just checked, it says.....

Adhoc token offer £25.00 Terms and conditions, use by 2013-10-21 15:23

So that is mid-afternoon Monday?

The "Terms & Conditions" they refer to are their entire T & C section, which must run to tens of thousands of words, & I can't wade through that right now.

Bit naughty that, 2 days!

Anyway, we have a £25 Free Bet with Betfair Sportsbook to use by Monday.

CREWE V BRISTOL CITY

I was suprised to see Bristol City as favourites for this game on Saturday being the away team.  I know everything is "in the price" but it just seems wrong to me.  Bristol City haven't won in the league yet, and while Crewe have had some shockers they are coming off the back of a thumping win away at Preston who were on great form before that game.  To my mind Crewe will be in a far better mindset than Bristol City.

I am on the wrong end of a private season long wager with Camel on Bristol City, so I've been keeping a close eye on their form.  They have been unlucky in some games, but the feeling on the fans forum is that they are set for a season of struggle against relegation, and this isn't one of those situations where a promotion team have just started slowly.

Thoughts from the floor?  I think Crewe are a cracking bet at 21/10 with Bet Victor for £50 or so.
Dung

Sorry dung, we all missed this.

Not sure I'm mad enthusiastic, but maybe others will know better.

It is a bit odd that City - away - are a decent favourite, though.

We never got on this, but great spot by Dung.

Excellent tipstering today Adzy unfortunately I seem to have missed that page.

I may have to start an expensively-priced non-bokking telephone service.

Yep, Metro scored first but Scarlets going good guns now with Scott and Rhodri Williams scoring. Gives me a nice second half sweat for one try.

You do realise you can ring up and get laid more than £3 on bets like the Pboro one even when your account is restricted btw? I'd be astonished if they said no to £25

Thanks Dave.

To be honest, I've never rung a Firm once since Fred began. Guess I'll need to start trying that. It's a bloody pain when I'm busy, & not always convenient to ring, but no pain no gain I suppose.

Thanks for the nudge, now go win that WSOP-E thing.

PS - Take some photos of the Eurostar for me please.

They do say no via the phone often. I wanted a mere £25 on a horse at a certain price and was offered £5@sp recently.

Also with another bet similar to the Chomps bet today I asked for something like £10 and was offered £1, I guess perhaps go in high and hope for whatever you can get, maybe if i had asked for a ton i'd have got the tenner.

Times have changed as £25 used to be the set amount you could often get matched for when calling up without being referred, even if you were marked down as 'having a clue'.

Nowadays it seems even when calling up it will be sent round and round in circles b4 you inevitably still get the red card.

Like I say give it a try but I wouldn't get yr hopes up, especially with paddy power.

Ps- Forgot to mention the betfair sportsbook freebet thing-they are pretty sharpish with the freebet usage, i'll have a look now and see if there is anything worthwhile doing b4 monday. Probs something sir doobs would be best at i'd assume though.

Well done, your OVERS bet got home, with plenty of time to spare.

What a game, 26-26 and a last minute try to Metro disallowed.

If that means "3rd Eviction" it is 5/1 now. A very small, restricted clip has been unloaded.
