Always happy to post women skiers  Cheesy

A modicum of female athlete perving may be permitted, though it must be balanced by plenty of great big ugly prop forwards.

With three weeks of the regular season to go, an update on the NFL Play off picture, and our positions

In the play offs seeds 1 and 2 in each conference get a week off while 3 v 6 and 4 v 5. the winners of these two games travel to 1 and 2, then the conference championship, the winner of which goes to the Superbowl

AFC

1. Denver Broncos (11-2): AFC West leader
2. New England Patriots (10-3): AFC East leader
3. Cincinnati Bengals (9-4): AFC North leader
4. Indianapolis Colts (8-5): AFC South leader
5. Kansas City Chiefs (10-3): Wild card
6. Baltimore Ravens (7-6): Wild card

In the Hunt: Miami Dolphins (7-6), New York Jets (6-7), San Diego Chargers (6-7) Tennessee Titans (5-8), Pittsburgh Steelers (5-8)

NFC

1. Seattle Seahawks (11-2): NFC West leader
2. New Orleans Saints (10-3): NFC South leader
3. Philadelphia Eagles (8-5): NFC East leader
4. Detroit Lions (7-6): NFC North leader
5. Carolina Panthers (9-4): Wild card
6. San Francisco 49ers (9-4): Wild card

In the Hunt: Arizona Cardinals (8-5), Dallas Cowboys (7-5),  Chicago Bears (6-6), Green Bay Packers (6-6-1)

Our positions

The good

We have £100 at 23/10 on the Bengals winning the AFC North. Two games clear with three to play Current odds 1/100

The good spot but no cigar

We have a £25 free bet on the Chiefs winning the AFC West at 7/1. A game behind with three to play. Current odds 14/1

The if only Tom Brady could have a few weeks off

We have £40 at 9/2 on the Dolphins winning the AFC East at 9/2. Three games behind with three to play, win this weekend or else we are done Current odds 25/1

The blue sky bets...

We have £50 at 16-1 on the Bengals winning the AFC. Now 13/2. Current third seeds, would be a huge advantage to get second seeds

We have £20 at 50-1 on the Eagles winning the Superbowl. Current odds 33-1. I may not be but you are funking for the Chicago Bears tonight. If they beat the Cowboys the Eagles are favourites to hit the playoffs via winning the NFC East

In summary, if the Bengals win the AFC North, we are in profit on the season long team NFL bets, irrespective what happens to the other bets

The Quarterback bets were summarised this morning

Brees £80 e/w at 3-1

Stafford £50 e/w at 6-1

Ryan £33 e/w at 10-1

currently Brees and Stafford would produce each way returns, Ryan would lose and the three would be modestly down overall

Noted John, thanks. If - IF - we go that route, you are booked.

That'd be the beauty of it - different regulars would put a different slant on the photos. Tonji for pervy skiers, you for weirdo obscure Latvian lower league stuff, Ant would be all Palace stuff, Chompy could do "Wheelie Bin Day in the Fens", that sort of thing.

I suspect Tighty, for all his time-pressure, does not really want to yield.

i am keen on Portsmouth for promotion after todays appt

The management team from Crawley have been appointed what an excellent appointment, the squad looks a lot stronger than the current position

Like. A lot.

Awful division and completely agree re: squad.

Any team that strings 3-4 wins together is gonna surge right up and, if Pomples do it, they'll shorten dramatically in this market.

For the rest of this month they face Newport at home on Saturday, just days after Poshies pick them apart in the paintpot tomorrow.

Then it's Brizzle Rovers away, Daggers at home, Wobblers at home and Southend away.

If they can get a flier and win their next four they'll be odds-on before going to Suntan Phil's mob.

What stake you thinking horsey?

I was looking for some back up really as i have not followed the lower leagues much this season

I have however heard from more than one person that Whittingham was very very lax with the players and did not really have a clue.

£50?

Wihttingham played for Poshies late in his career and spent the majority of that time not looking arsed. Doesn't surprise me tbh.

New boys a big step up.

£50 is a bit tiddlearsey for my tastes but any more would have CH861's finest shaking his head and mumbling while he digs up those beetroots in deepest Surrey.

Ergo, £50 on Pomples @ 11/2 for promotion, general (down to horsey)

£10 on Pomples to win League 2, 40/1 general (down to me).

Play on Pompey, Pompey play on!

I think you should be going to down the "win the league" each way at 40/1 route given that 7th is on 32 points and 1st is on 34 points?

Seems with it being so congested, if we think that Pompey are going to bounce, then 40/1 looks cracking?

Couldn't disagree with that tbf.

If they finish fourth through seventh they won't be any shorter than 2/1 for the play-offs.

40/1 the win and 10/1 the place about a top three finish probably better than the 11/2 given there's no standout at the top and they're all so compressed.

Change to...

£20 each-way, 40/1 general

£20 to get promoted at 11/2.

All is good in the TfT garden allotment
