I have just bet 0-0 and some under 0.5 goals.  Can't see it being particularly high tempo etc and whilst not bent as such I'd be surprised it both teams weren't willing to settle for 0-0 if the game gets to 60-70 minutes without a goal.

No - its the same thing.  I only bet both because they limited me when I tried to bet 0-0 so I got around it that way.

saw this too - surely nothing but a draw will be played for.

Generally these games play fairly normally for 60-70 minutes but if they are still goaless or drawn then they just stop playing, it isn't bent as such but nobody is really trying.  Think 0-0 is a much better way to bet these than betting the draw personally.

It's an ok bet at 5/2 but teams aren't really agreeing to play for a draw except in bent games. Too many variables/chance elements.

With Selby not playing well, can Ronnie forfiet the frame, thus not letting Selby have table time!?

If he tells the ref that he is conceding the frame that's it.

I've never seen a concession turned down to hit a few balls before the next frame.
