This could be a long night if neither of them can pot.

Cricket folk, could anyone confirm that Durham now has the flattest track in the country? Otherwise, what is going on?! Yorks 545/5. Even Mr Extras has 50.

Edit: I should add, tikay, that that is at the Emirates Durham ICG.

I think there's a bit of a similarity between Mark Selby and everyone's favourite poker player, Paul Parker.

Ronnie out to 1.81. He hasn't been that big since before the quarters, has he?

Mid session interval must have come at a good time for him. Worth a bet?

Paul has a lousy safety game?

"He always plays with a smile on his face. That's why they call him the Jester from Leicester: Mark Selby!"

Two things:

1. Who are "they"?
2. Are you sure that is the reason? Nothing to do with him being from Leicester and the word Jester being one of the few things that rhymes with Leicester?

Would his tenacity and refusal to go away when behind not suggest the Pester from Leicester more apposite?

Snooker's come a long way since Alex Higgins won his first world title at Selly Park British Legion. Not all of it for the purist.

Not sure I've ever been as shocked watching Sport as seeing O'Sullivan miss that pink, just wow.

someone risked £1600 to win £16 on ronnie winning that frame just before he missed the pink.  Incred afternoon of snooker.

The BF market for the NFL Draft is very thin atm. Don't know if liquidity will pick up to give us a possible trade.

Puke.

5/6 Ronnie to win from here seems big to me, pressure of the situation is huge and he's obv the better player.

#CPFC team to play @LFC: Speroni, Mariappa, Dann, Delaney, Ward, Dikgacoi, Jedinak, Ledley, Bolasie, Puncheon, Chamakh.

No Jerome is a big loss. Very good at hassling and defending from the front, also on our counters (which we rely on) he really has explosive pace, while Chamakh is not as quick and will prove less of a threat there. Dikgacoi is in which is great and that provides a solid base with Jedinak, but i do wonder if it is going to be harder to whether the storm without Jerome. I hope Chamakh can counter my worries with his better attributes of finishing, but the guy hardly shoots!

Personal preference would be a lay of Liverpool at 1.37 on betfair. However that is not to say i think Liverpool aren't going to win, I just think there is value in it!
