i can't go beyond the odds on players in both markets, with more confidence on the OG than the RB. RB's is very much down to team preferences, what type are they looking for. Might be Sankey not Hyde for example

Are their contracts and salarys dependent on what position they get picked in ?

Yes.

if you get picked in the first round the team has the option to get you on your rookie contract for 5 years. everyone else on a four year contract.

salaries are graded from number 1 all the way down, the higher you are picked, the higher the salary but for teams the positions to draft highest are those that cost the most in free agency  eg QB, pass rusher, left tackle etc etc

because every team operates in a salary cap if you can pick up young talent at the key positions for five years on their first contracts you are in a good position

here the lady in the white dress asks the ex players who they would pick at 33, first pick of second round...
