I used to work for a furniture company, if a complaint got as far as the ombudsman I personally thought we had failed as a company to do the right thing by the customer, after all, why would I need a third party to tell me how to run my shop? As such on occasion, as much as I may not have wanted to, if a complaint got to a point where my only alternative was to give the customer the details of the ombudsman I thought better of it and negotiated the settlement as best I could. Maybe it's just me but somehow it's seems all to easy to "refer" to someone else. This bit gets me "We will of course abide by their ruling" I take that as "we want you to be as inconvienced as possible before we agree that we made the wrong decision" and as Arboy would say the "loltraders" will then settle what can be a very minor market but may affect the bonus.

Anyway rant over, IBAS here we come, I want my £36 (yeah I know hysterical isn't it)

I find that incredibly insulting from the only person that questions any of my racing bets(They also nearly always win when you do, which is great mind you). Not an issue, as long as you don't mind when someone does it back. Obviously not! Are you the law on horse racing or are only you allowed to pass comment and I cant? I may not have written a book, but surely I can comment? Or is that not allowed Mr Double S?

just a FYI for the thread and sonour it appears the horse i suggested at chester today that came 2nd in a 4 horse race ( i know idiot right) I got a free £5 bet from a £25 bet placed.

I assume this is something to do with betting when 5 horses then reduced to 4. Just thought i would let you know for future bet purposes.
