Went into my local betfred shop today. Sigh, really not a "nice" atmosphere maybe i picked the wrong shop but i even in my short betting shop life they used to be a lot nicer environments. What im getting at is the quality of person you seem to get betting on the horse to machine punters is a huge difference. Today i witnessed a guy openly selling drugs in the betting shop, rolling up joints, then using the money to bet on the machines. I asked at the counter if they were going to do anything and but the response was just a shrug of the shoulders.

I didnt ask for a sample although he was selling in £5 chunks and they looked like his punters were getting as bad a deal as he was on the machines!

Groves to win on points is 4/1 with Choral. For some reason they seem to want to lay this and I know a few who have been laid a few hundred on accounts that usually have some restriction which is a bit weird.
You can lay 4.7 on Betfair which even paying a full 5% is a decent arb.
Recommend £25 for Fred at 4/1 as clearly the wrong price. Having read the various opinions on here and listened to opinions I respect I think this is a better bet than just the maths in it too.

We're on Joe 27-May bazzaboy coral 31-May boxing Carl Froch v George Groves Groves by decision 4/1 30 nothing stopping it being a bigger bet, i suppose

Not even 0.5% of an arb paying 5%?

Not even 0.5% of an arb paying 5%? I was going to say similar. Will be paying a visit to a coral shop tomorrow where i can get on so it will be interesting to see how much they want to lay it.

That's outrageous!! He should be sacked on the spot! Assuming the reporter clearly got duff info, but he is obviously there to report on the tennis, so begs the question a) why he didn't know the result b) why he didn't watch a match he knew he was going to be interviewing for. What is his role otherwise!!?!?
