Pixie Lott is going to steal the show tonight. She has a beautiful frame (leaning back like a flower in a vase) and terrific footwork. From the training footage I've seen, she's the absolute standout. 3/1 with Hills for top score tonight.

Was hoping for 9/4 favourite, so 3/1 second favourite is lovely. £25 for a ton?

Boomio!

Good spot by the newly christened Dancing Queen.

A loss of £147 yesterday

Winners

£75 Pixie Lott danced a lovely quirky foxtrot, no really, she did, and topped the SCD scoring with 36/40, three points ahead of the field

£24 Scotland beat Argentina in the Rugby, their first win over these opponents for 24 years and an encouraging sign for a long awaited improvement of the team, alongside the exploits of Glasgow in the ERC

£24 Leeds beat Blackpool 3-1. We actually doubled up at evens on Betfair, but i forgot to confirm it on the thread

Losers

Two ante-post losers taken with the finish of the flat season

- £100 Hannon junior winners <235, over 235 required. He finished with 198

- £50 Hughes in the jockeys championship handicap, won i think by Graham Lee

Both were season champions, but not by enough to win the bets

Not too encouraging for the positions on Ricciardo, Grosjean and Hulkenberg who qualified poorly. Hoping for better race cars for all three and inclement weather would help to randomise race events

Got a couple post-qualifying bets for you:

Points Finish: Pastor Maldonado @ 6/1 with Paddy Power, Ladbrokes and others. Pastor has been outperforming his car all weekend, and while he is still not quick enough for points - it could happen given a few retirements ahead or a little luck. The Brazilian race is always a bit mad and I think 6/1 is too high. Minimum bet.

Group A (MAS/BOT/RIC/VET): Daniel Ricciardo at 9/2. Red Bull's race pace in practice has been considerably quicker than Williams. Under dry conditions, 9/2 is way too high on this. Under wet conditions, other bets should come off anyway. Recommend £15.

Smiley

the group A bet is no good

7/2 bet365
4/1 PP
9/2 Winner and titan

those are the only places that offer it, and none are available

P. Maldonado
2014 Brazilian Grand Prix Formula 1
Singles - Points Finish (first 10 places)
6/1
1 line @ £10.00 per line
Total Stake £10.00
Potential Return £70.00

NBA Rondo update.  After an early burst John wall is predictably falling away in the assist race.  He is a shoot first pass second point guard historically and it's very hard to change that mindset.

http://espn.go.com/nba/statistics/player/_/stat/assists/sort/avgAssists/year/2015/seasontype/2

One of the big 3 in the market is out injured for 6/8 weeks - see link below.  This could put Rubio under pressure to actually meet the minimum 50 games/400 assists marks to actually qualify for the award should he miss any more games on top of this.  Also when he makes his comeback from injury he will be eased in slowly which will reduce his averages all other things being equal.  Great news for the Rondo bet.  We just need to keep Rondo fit and get to the 400 assist mark asap to qualify for the assist title.

In other news.  Getting slightly concerned about the spurs early season form.  Another bad loss last night to a divisional rival.

Toronto is looking more and more like a 2 horse race between them and the Nets for their divisional bet.  The Knicks are really struggling to cope with their new offensive system under their new coach and suffered another bad defeat last night.

Morning Mr T.

The ATP finals start this afternoon with Murray playing Nishikori. I like the price of Nishikori but I have some concerns. His form in the defeat by Djokovic, and his victory over Ferrer was not great. So I plan to watch the game and assess it in running. This will also allow me to see if Murray is still serving like a girl. If it looks good I will put up a bet during the game. The amount will be £20 and it will be down to you, or Tighty to take the bestish price around so have oddschecker open and maybe log on to the likeliest account to save time.

Either of you able to be around. I think it starts at 2pm and any bet will be suggested during the 1st set.

Richie George has basically chucked playing darts and hasn't played competitively for a couple of months. He is only playing at the GSOD for the £ as he has a spot from his world semi final two years ago. He played last night against Taylor and lost 5-0 averaging 80. I think the 7/1 on Hamilton 5-0 is worth £10

I was wondering this myself.  What's he doing now then?  Exhibitions with his old man? Normal job?

How is hamilton playing bazza?  Don't hear as much about him nowadays.
