it was a funny weekend in college basketball #1 Kentucky needed 2 overtimes to beat Texas A&M, #4 Wisconsin lost #5 Louisville lost & #7 Arizona #3 Virginia got a good win away at Notre dame and will replace us at # 2 I expect.

SS as ever is doubtful to run here (this Saturday) the weather is hardly great and the forecast is mixed as previously discussed Henderson does not need an excuse to pull SS out of a run so having one is even better for a bet. They have even now suggested the Game Spirit at Newbury in just under a month as an alternative if the ground is to soft/Nicky has a murmur.

I've never really taken an interest in the NFL, watched a couple of superbowls but never really had an interest in knowing what was going on. Those two games yesterday were great to watch though, def got me hooked.

I do have a question though

In the Bronchos game when they were down 21-10 with under a minute left, how were they supposed to overcome that lead in under a minute? They would have to score a TD,regain possession and then score a field goal just to tie all in under a minute with every advance going out of bounds so as not to run down the clock if I'm understanding the scoring correctly. Has this ever actually happened?
