Some questions for the weekend please

- the Betfair Hurdle at Newbury

11/2 the field paying 5 places

anybody want to work the race out?

http://www.oddschecker.com/horse-racing/2015-02-07-newbury/15:35/winner

- any football ideas, premier league or elsewhere?

http://www.oddschecker.com/football/english/premier-league

Palace over 2/1 to win?

Chelsea 1.7 to win to nil at goal-shy Villa?

Bournemouth above evens at Wigan?

Fleetwood 8/5 at home to inconsistent Peterborough

just a few i have seen mentioned

--

six nations

England +5 tonight?

Wales 13/8 to win by 1-12 looked worth a look to me

www.oddschecker.com/rugby-union/six-nations/wales-v-england/winning-margin

Scotland +10 tomorrow?

--

ideas on these or anything else welcome

Thanks Rich.

Think we should get on Wales to win by 1-12 if no other feedback.

We can look at the football & horse racing in the morning.

Be good to see some general comment from others, though.

Any juicy value available before the books get knocked into shape?

For those who can get on Scuy have an enhanced acca of Man City Chelsea and Soton all to win at 3/1 (£25 max), according to the oddschecker e-mail I saw this in it's 2/1 in other places, looked nice to me even tho its a muggy acca.

Betway put the 2/1 back up.  Obviously 5 games have gone now so it is slightly less value than yesterday but still huge value.  2 games finished 7-1 last night.  Think it is a max bet at 2/1 as per discussions last night.  Impossible for them to claim palp now having put the market back up after the opening night matches.  Not sure what the max bet is nowadays.  Will give us an indirect interest in every game all year as well.

are all the concerns there allayed?

i see, by the by, they are sponsoring any sporting event that moves, and are West Ham's new sponsors too

They are title sponsors of the Darts Prem League.  Would be pretty shocking to grim on an event they are title sponsors of.  Even better than to open a new account and get a £50 freebet on top.  Obviously don't use it on this 2/1 shot.

Single - Wales v England

Wales 1-12 - |Alternative Winning Margin|

Odds: 6/4

1 lines at £40.00 per line

Total Stake for this bet: £40.00

Potential Return:£100.00

Time : 6/2/2015-16:31

Receipt No:O/142640973/0000851

think this might be very close, can see how the England team will play it - kicking game, forward power, keep it tight for as long as possible, be in the hunt for the last quarter etc etc

anyway had to press on before we lost 6/4 too

I signed up for them after reading some of Alan Alger's responses and haven't had a problem with them tho granted I'm hardly betting large!

As a west Ham fan I'm not quite sure what to think about the sponsorship. It's reportedly a record breaking deal for West Ham (I guess whichever sponsor we ended up with would have been tho) so hopefully they don't try to get their cash back by grimming punters!:)

the last bit of 9/1 it looks like

    Bet Reference: 695124473
    Single
            Top Tournament Batsman
            Hashim Amla 9/1
            Each Way: 1/4 1 - 5
        Top Runscorer
    Total Stake: (20.00 x 2) 40.00
    Possible Payout (inc. stake) 265.00

will leave the rest for other people to put ideas up, spread the book around

Just received an email from betway bragging about being the new sponsor of west ham, and letting us punters have two industry leading enhanced offers of West ham to win and both teams to score at 7/1 and Andy Carroll FGS at 9/1.... Yay thanks betway for giving us a price boost on an injured player from the team you sponsor, very kind of you!
