I know Arbboy said QPR would be 3-1+ dogs on the road in relegation 6 pointers but still it's strange looking at Hull as 1.87 shots.

Another eye catcher was a Tim Sherwood side with a goal line set at 2.0

Just shows how much value was in that even money qpr to down down if hull went off 1.87.  Imagine how far adrift they would be if Austin hadn't run miles ahead of ev scoring wise this year.  The qpr team today is just a collection of washed up has beens or never have beens like Karl Henry!!

QPR evens to go down.  Now the manager merry go round has stopped for a week or so i just can't get my head round how QPR are evens to go down?  They have appointed a manager with no experience at all from in house who clearly wasn't the chairman's choice for the job.  Their squad is full of overpaid ego maniacs which is never a good recipe for a relegation battle  They have 6 home games (all against teams outside the bottom 8 - Chelsea, Spurs, Arsenal, Everton, Newcastle and West Ham) and 7 away games (mainly against their relegation rivals including Hull, Palace, Leicester, Villa and WBA).

There is literally no game left on their schedule where they are shorter than 2/1 to pick up 3 points (at home to Newcastle, Everton and West Ham are their only 'easy' games left).  They will be a 3/1+ dog in all 5 of the relegation 6 pointers on the road.

I appreciate all the above is out there i am just not convinced it is sufficiently built into the even money quote to go down.

Anyone got any thoughts?

In addition to this the 'to finish bottom' market is interesting based on Sportingindex season points quotes.  Leics seem much too short at their general price given how tight the bottom of the market is.  Last price matched on bf for QPR was bigger than 6/1 to finish bottom.  I think coupled with Burnley at 5/2 looks a decent wager.

I know this is a few days old but what a great write up by Arb with such compelling reasons that QPR are value go down especially the highlighted fact they will be 3-1 dogs in all their 6 pointer relegation scraps

I'm afraid Chris Ramsey looks like another unfortunate QPR scapegoat.

It looks a very similar situation to what happened with Terry Connor at Wolves when he was placed in charge and ultimately relegated in 2012

I've looked at the fixtures and Like Arb I just cant see where the points will come from ?

Could be one of the best value short priced bets ever.....Id like to hear peoples thoughts especially if they disagree .....Is the thread on ?

I can't remember if we are on, Fraser, but it does not matter - the bet was put up, &, fingers crossed, a few got on. That's all that matters.

Pretty big hour for the bet already. If hull deliver against ten men qpr and villa can beat Stoke the gap is going to be very wide tonight given the schedules ahead.  Have the three promoted sides ever all gone down the following season? Pretty sure that has never happened. Looking more and more likely this year.

Yes it basically means they won't write a price on the slip and they'll pay you at whatever price they like if you win. They are the very worst shops for me.

defo happened in the premiership era but not for close to 20 years I think.

Villa conceding late keeps it interesting.

Villa got the schedule over burnleys and qpr. Today should doom qpr and burnley. Even though burnley got a draw at chelski the rest of the results meant it was a net losing day for burnley. Villa will escape. Stoke are a top 7 club for me right now. We are flying against all odds. We are better than West Ham Swansea Everton. We had a really tough run against ev at the stsrt of the season otherwise we would be sitting comfortably in 7th now

We go into a team with a new gaffer riddled with injuries and get a win on the road having gone 1-0 down.
