Dont see a reason to cheer murray (other than for profit?) he made it abundantly clear he doesnt consider himself british.

Pretty impossible to ever back Murray for profit as he is always going to go off too short in virtually every game/event he plays.

His backing for scottish independence suggest he considers himself scottish over british. Not fussed, as would do similar for english over british, but in a sport where you represent britain and not scotland its a kick in the teeth for english people whove supported him.

One for the nba fans out there to discuss.
Lebron james is obviously the greatest player on the planet. As far as i am aware no player in my lifetime of watching the NBA finals (since 1991) has ever won the finals MVP on a losing team. However Lebron is going to put up worldly numbers for the cavs now their best other two players are out for the season. It is not unrealistic to think he could average a triple double for these finals and average 40 points + a game in the process.
My question is it just impossible for a player on the losing team to get the MVP? We can get 5/1 Lebron for the mvp which isn't much shorter than the Cavs to win the title (if they win the title he is a million on to get the mvp obviously). No one in history will have put up a series like Lebron is going to on a losing team so it is hard to know if a player can get the mvp on a losing team if it went to 7 games for example?
Just throwing it out there for discussion.

Pretty impossible to ever back Murray for profit as he is always going to go off too short in virtually every game/event he plays. This is nonsense too. That 25/1 each way we got before the draw was one of the best bets I have ever put up. I also got 12/1 each way in Melborne. We aren't ever getting value any time soon, but there are always swings. On the other thing. The original joke was just harmless banter in response to something mildly anti-scottish Henman said. You can view yourself as Scottish and British. I consider myself more a British than English, but am still English. And I don't think he has ever said which he puts first and what does it matter if he does put Scottish first, I don't hate on people who put English first.
