Hello TfT, been AWOL for a month or so, just life & stuff getting complicated. Found a few minutes for a possible ski bet.

Womens GS in Flachau, Sunday, two runs, the first early 8.15 UK.

http://medias1.fis-ski.com/pdf/2016/AL/5100/2016AL5100SLR1.pdf

Simply, Lindsey Vonn is the best speed skier ever. But not a Giant Slalom specialist (GS). However, over her career she has 4 firsts (last one in December at Are, Sweden)

& plenty of podium places. She excels on the easier hills, where she can carve her trade mark turns & find a fast rhythme. Flachau is rarely run on the womens tour & considered one of the less difficult slopes. Alot depends on the course set by the Swiss coach, but I'll only get that info after inspection around 7am. A fair dump of snow expected, but that should give Vonn a small edge with her size & power.

The top GS women: Eva-Maria Brem is consistent & technicaly excellent, but has lacked spark this year. Lara Gut, full on dynamic skier, but prone to errors. Federica Brigone, probably the fastest & most committed GS skier this season, but can throw in the odd DNF (tempted at around 8/1) but I think this hill does'nt quite fit her skills.

Vonn is out of the top 6 seeds for GS, but has got a decent bib draw of #10. Always races on the edge, relying on her skills to get her out of trouble, but when she rips a clean run she'll be in with a decent shot. Available at 18/1 Hills & 16/1 elsewhere (under Winter Sports, Oddschecker, don't seem have it at the moment). Scuy allow me £1.56  Roll Eyes But worth a tenner if you like & see this in time.

Hopefully, be around a bit more. Belated Happy New Year all.

Welcome back Tonji, & HNY to you, too.

Romford dogs tonight it's not a card that is popular on a Saturday night but I was waiting opening show for the 9.04, however Bet365 have priced early for some reason.

Pretty sure they are out a little even though they have priced up a 134% book. Totti Louise dropped in grade, into an that certainly isn't the toughest either. Drawn to have a chance at leading the inside and should she do that I can see her winning this with a bit to spare. They've opened 3/1 don't think you will get this at any point later tonight so anyone able to get a bet there i'd recommend taking it.

Race went exactly as planned, only hiccup was the 3 dog coming from behind us. It's a strong dog for sure but we should have had enough in hand ourselves to lead from the 3rd and win. Nevermind, also surprised to see the 3/1 SP.

Only one more bet for me tonight at Romford and thats in the 10.24, Tonerich @ 9/2.

Excellent again.

Easy on Sunday Morning.

good work all

Not anything betting related really but saw Bournemouth v Norwich live yesterday.

Firstly Norwich presumably a complete off day, out ran out passed out thought and take away Russell Martin from that defence and it would have been six.

Bournemouth excellent especially Charlie Daniels the ex Spurs reserve winger looks a different species at left back some job done on the training ground there. A high number of the Bournemouth side are players who did not quite make it first time around (Afobe, Francis, Gosling and a few others). Can see in the way they play not letting it slip this time.

Love Afobe's attitude still very raw but can tell had plenty of loan spells at lower levels very happy to mix it physically very strong lots of pace and at times intelligent running.

Harry Kane goal takes him one closer to Vardy for the top english scorer bet. He has now scored 11 in his last 13

Sunderland concede four and remain in the relgation zone

For a day at least, a team returns to the top of the table. Leicester have now been top of the Premier League table for 33 days this season, the same number of days that Spurs have been top. Ever.

Leicester's last 30 Premier League games: P30 W18 L3 Ps 63, 2.1 ppg

relegation bet Norwich lose and are 4 points above the bottom 3

In the Championship, on tuesday the Charlton team offered to reimburse fans for their costs after losing 5-0 away. Yesterday they lost 6-0 at Hull. Two round trips of 830 miles for away fans to lose a combined 11-0.  Just as well we don't have a points spread bet on them really, oh wait....

Leeds lost, Preston drew, a small adverse move on that spread match bet

In league one Wigan 3 Chesterfield 1 a nice double whammy as we have Wigan to go up and Cesterfield to go down

Remarkable win in Joburg, with another Stuart Broad match winning spell, 6 for 17 and all ten opposition wickets falling in a session

Morning Tighty.

Toulon host Wasps later today and as weak as the French are away they can be brutal at home, especially in games that matter and this is a huge game for them. Wasps have Haskell and Launchbury out of the pack and I expect the Toulon forwards to dominate. Their go to man in the driving mauls is Steffon Armitage and for that reason I think he is a decent bet for anytime try scorer today.

I would be happy with 5/2 or better so I suggest £15 with one of these firms that you can.

Betfair 3's, betway or Paddy @ 11/4, or bet victor @ 5/2.
