Sunderland without big Sam, who is off to england tomorrow. Without him would you want them to go down?

At 3/1+ definitiely given we backed them shorter last season. Is it confirmed he has the England job then?

Tonight or tomorrow the announcement. Given the miracle he performed to keep them up, it has to be a big loss. Then again he did strengthen the squad well last January and they might make a good new appointment.

Surely Big Sam is surely just an interim manager without the formal title.
If AW were to call it a day when his contract ends this time next year...

Any love for Lincoln Red Imps tonight at 75 on the exchange?
Is anyone that big having won the first leg?

I think Moyes keeps them up, he'll get rid of some of the deadwood.

Has anyone done any of these in Coral shops? I went to collect one today (where I wrote out the slip in the shop) and they called
who tried to void it! Some crap about it should only be an online price and not be bet in shops. I have to ring their CS line - any advice? Feel like I have been totally freerolled since they're happy to stick the bets on quickly enough...
Yes, I've bet these in the shops. I can't remember whether I've had a winner at Corals though. I'll need to check my records.
You will find CS very frustrating. You might get more joy on Twitter. I usually miss out IBAS and immediately issue a Money Claim Online ( Small Claims). It's very easy and you will win by default as they won't defend.
However on this occasion I would be tempted to try IBAS, surely even they would tell Coral to pay up in this case ?
Thanks sonour. I went into a different Corals today to collect a different sixes bet and they paid out immediately no problem. This one was UK t20 though, not Caribbean. Is it really a case of just keep trying different shops for this sort of thing?
[/quote]
Yes, I've checked and I've had winners, and been paid by Corals, but they were all T20 UK.
Did you ask for the price ? If you did then this would have forced them to find the market in their system. If a member of staff wrote the price on the slip then you're home and dry.
If not then this is probably what has happened. After you left the shop the member of staff went to input the bet into the computer system and was unable to find the market. They will have then rung head office and been told we are not offering that market in the shops. Had you have still been in the shop the member of staff would have given you your money back. It's happened to me many times.
The problem happens when you've left the shop, because obviously if the bet is a loser you wouldn't imagine to check the slip for a refund. So in my opinion if you've left the shop, before they discover THEIR error then you should be paid.
I can see why they might want to offer some bets online but not in shops, but surely not an under / over match sixes ?

Well, knowing how quickly the prices change I checked their odds before placing the bet and wrote it on the slip.
So if they do void the Caribbean one then my shop-placed Caribbean
losers
should also be voided? I have two of those which I am uncrumpling; voiding the three will get me more back than the one winner of the three so they can't have it both ways, surely.

I'll give you any price you like.
Celtic will win by at least 3. 5 or more is 7/4. I don't think that is a bet mind.

100,000,000/1, please. Only want 10p on it. I'm not greedy.
Anyone able to escrow?
40/1 best with the bookmakers. You'll probably win by 6. But I love a "hold your nose and tap tap boom" bet

This special looks too big. Corals were 4/1 the dog top price on their own to win earlier and that has been trousered. Even if the price of the dog is 4/1 it can't be a 2/1 shot to place. It is a dog which doesn't stay the trip but should be gifted a soft lead tonight with t5 a kipper outside of it over 6 bends and i would say it is slightly more likely to finish 2nd being picked off than win the race. Either way 2/1 is too big.
The mutt has won 4-25 in this grade and came 2nd 6-25 in the grade. Even if you make the dog at 5/1 (16.6%) shot to 100% to win the race 2/1 (33%) is still slightly too big to place as i feel the dog is more likely to come 2nd than 1st. Given the 4/1 has been snapped up on the early prices by the sharks i would be very surprised if it goes off at 5/1.
Obviously live on channel 468 on sky or via live stream with any of the major firms if you want to watch the race
Recommend £200 at 2/1.
Backed from 6/1 into 4/1 on the machine. BF win sp was 5.0 and bf place sp (to tiny liquidity) was 2.8. Returned 4/1 sp in the ring. Wins the race by the shortest of short heads. Hope a few of you got on. Race went exactly to plan. Not quite sure how it was ever a 6/1 shot on the early exchange shows.
If you ever needed an example of why you never ever back dogs ew in 6 runner dog races at 1/4 1,2 standard terms this is it. You would have got evens for this mutt to place.

MATCHBOOK
Fred how has an adequately funded Matchbook account, to enable us to get on the horses with them. Note that they have a separate wallet for horse racing, but cash can easily be transferred between Sports Betting generally & Horse Racing.
We just need some winners now. Roll on Goodwood.

The Hills greyhound special last night must have been the last straw for the CEO. Couldn't take any more pain and had to go!
