Going to start putting my MMA bets on here when I remember.

UFC tomorrow morning in Korea
Rakic by Decision 5.0
https://www.oddschecker.com/ufc-mma/volkan-oezdemir-v-aleksandar-rakic/method-of-victory
Co main event. This guy is absolutely legit. I think he will fight for the title at the end of this year with two more wins. His opponent Oezdemir is a smart veteran but is more of a plodder and so far this year he lost an ugly decision in London ina  terrible fight and a win vs a rapidly declining Latifi. He is very durable but declining. My predicition would be that Rakic outworks him, dominates the clinch, maybe even takes him down, but can't quite take him out and takes a pretty clear decision.

Miranda Granger by Submission 5.5 WH, BF, PP
https://www.oddschecker.com/ufc-mma/miranda-granger-v-amanda-lemos/method-of-victory
Was very impressed by her short notice debut in the UFC. She is a legit submission threat. She has a 7-0 record with five first round subs. I just think this price is too big because this is the opening fight and these fighters aren't well known, so people don't realise Grangers grappling game. Her opponent is smaller than her and coming back after a drugs ban after not fighting for over 2.5 years. I don't usually like to bet the favourites in women's MMA, but I like the price on this.

and one more

Doo Ho Choi in the first round 4.2 with M-thon
https://www.oddschecker.com/ufc-mma/doo-ho-choi-v-charles-jourdain/round-betting
the Korean Superboy is one of the most exciting fighters in the UFC but has hardly fought in the past five years due to a combination of injury and military service. Seems like a clear set up for the home fighter to win this one. I expect him to come out swinging and with relentless pace and try to overwhelm his opponent. The crowd will get into it and I think he might just go for it early on and try to get the stoppage. He is really tough, really brave and will be a top 10 fighter if he can actually get some fights under his belt in the near future.

I forgot about this, which is stupid because it was being talked about during 245 week.

Might pop down to the sportsbook and see if I can get a parlay on.

I think it will be a really good card with exciting fights. A lot of the Korean fighters train together and they are fearless, brave and a bit reckless!

What time is it actually on? Is it like 1pm UK time?

That Swanson v Superboy has to be top 10 all time. They are definitely savages!

Card last week was the best one I've seen. That was even with it dragging out so long, with all 3 five rounders basically going the distance.

Iā€™m still out here from 245, so will see if I can find it on the tv in the room šŸ˜‚

Probably have to just watch it when I get home, though.

I was quite surprised to see Leicester a general 7/1 and 5/1 draw no bet at Man C tomorow night

8 wins and a draw in 9

4 points ahead in the table

only conceded 11 goals in 17 league games

Can counter-attack if needed.

It's not the 10-1 we were in this fixture a year ago but City aren't as strong in central defence and holding midfield, due to injuries

I have seen worse 1.85+ bets on the Leicester +1.5 asian handicap anyway. Gl.

I'm on this with different bets both Asian and standard as I often do when betting against City when value. No question performance has been way off compared to the last couple of seasons. Multiple reasons for that and not just those alluded to by Tighty.

City still remain the xG kings though - best for xG and NPxGA.  Using understat, city top the table based on expected points. Actual points running at -5.  Meanwhile Leicester are +9 and Liverpool a staggering +15.

My favourite mad stat for xG is City are now on a winning streak of an unprecedented 34 league  games on the bounce. Clearly some perception of poor performance is overdone and no doubt feeds into the odds.

Can't remember the price of Trump impeachment when he started?

How the hell weren't we on it?  Cheesy

Charged with impeachment, or found guilty of it?

Think he's certain to get off.

With 365 it was to be impeached regardless of trial in Senate.

Had seen 5-2 with them and got two spades around 3-4 months ago.

Not sure what odds to start with.

Unlucky with Rakic, could easily have got that one.

Wrong Korean savage doing it in the 1st.

Me to with Leicester, 7-1 is to good too ignore. City's levels have been consistently down all season.

Damn - all three of these bets really had a decent shot to win during the fight. But all three fighters actually lost. -3 points!

Been a bit too busy to post but was in full agreement that Leicester at 7/1 was far too big. Really wasn't looking forward to yesterdays game.
So it's typically City that we pull off one of our best performances and control the game.
If only we played like that every week, we wouldn't be a million points behind Liverpool.

Merry Christmas to all contributors here.
