Julian Thew is co-tabling with Paul Skipper, he of resides in Norfolk/ frequent trips to the DTD the car-park fame and Adam Daniel, he of "please sponsor me blonde poker" fame
Not exactly a Butlins holiday camp atmosphere for the former nicest man in poker
He raises to 500 pre, called by small blind and the big blind Mohammed Fatemi
flop
Fatemi check calls 750
turn
check check
river
Fatemi leads for 1400
Thew bumps it up to 3000
Fatemi calls
Thew tables a winning

Ant040689 is sitting to the left of LFMagic, and tells me he is coming off second best
With a set of threes Ant sees the green light to bet 3,500 into 9,000 after Fields checks the river
Fields check raises to 20,000, and Ant passes for most of his stack
Sadly Ant can't remember the board, which is a shame as it must have been an interesting spot
Fields has over 100,000 and must be chip leader

Last hand before the break, Abdul Khan picks up a much needed pot.
Flop -
.
Khan shoved 9,150 into a pot of 9,100, plenty of people going into the tank before folding, the last being Adam Daniel who folded.
None of the players were happy to see Khan's
, Skipper saying he wanted to call with A8 but was scared of the flush draw.

Just had a chat with Rob Yong, who has told me that the March Deepstack will be £250,000 guaranteed, a super-size deepstack if you like
Same £500 buy in 2pm start Fri and Saturday

Website says 34 entries for the 20 seat live satty - still that low or has the website just not caught up??
Only 33 online too. Very tempting, but snow threatens and I'd have to be one of those anon dudes this weekend if I did
35 entries so far - amazing value for players who can make it to the satty!

Greg Garrett opens to 700 at 100-200 ra 25
Shokat Ali calls
Dan Morgan calls on the button
This all prices in Lee Dillion to call in the big blind
flop
Garrett leads for 700, Ali and Morgan both call
turn
Garrett 1650, Ali raises to 4000. Morgan passes
After a think Garrett calls
river
Garrett 5,4000 to set Ali in
Ali flicks them in with a casual abandon, a man seemingly resigned to his fate. He tables
As he suspects, he's been outdrawn....by

There was 5k in the middle on
flop.
Checks to Anon on the button, makes it 3,050. James Clarke flats, Brendan O'neill shoves for 30k.
Anon snap folds, Clarke snap calls for his 20k stack.
Clarke -
.
O'Neill -
.
No heart means Clarke doubles.

3,300 In the middle on a
board.
Rich Griffiths makes it 1,325, Callum Morgan to 2,900. Griffiths makes it 6,475, Morgan unimpressed folds.
Funnily enough Griffiths shrugging then showing
didn't brighten Morgan up.
