Having invested £1300 in a set of winter tyres I would just like to say that I'm particularly pleased to see snow for the first time this bloody winter!!!
Just need it to settle on the roads a bit then I'm off out to find some hills and see if they were worth the money.
If I get stuck I might just kill myself.

Absolutely terrible in the snow. Got stuck a few times last year so decided to make the investment.
I just want to see if they make a difference but thanks to the way I run as soon as I bought them we were almost guaranteed a snow free winter.

They do work, but obv not like chains or owt YOu still have the rwd issue but it shoudl stop the impossible swinging |

I despise it with a passion, I struggle to walk on even ground at the moment and am 100% housebound if we get a load of that shit settling  Be ok if I didn't work from home, not like I can pull a snow day because I can't get down the stairs  |

Just started here. I quite like it from indoors. I was out driving in it when it was bad a couple of years ago and ended up having to ditch the car to get home. It terrifying driving home and was glad to park it. Nearly had an arctic crash into me in the snow on the way back from the APAT Walsall a few years ago too, again another scary drive. It's fair to say I don't like driving in bad snow.....
If it gets bad this time, I'm hoping that it's ok on the roads for Monday, can't really afford to close work and the school seems to have any excuse to close.
