Among the ‘big’ clubs, namely the pair from Manchester, and Chelsea, and Arsenal, and Liverpool, Arsenal are providing the best value per point for their wage bill this season.
They also have the longest-serving manager in the division by a country mile in Arsene Wenger.
With the departure of Jose Mourinho from Chelsea, Wenger’s time in charge at Arsenal almost topped the collective time in charge of the other 19 current managers in the PL combined. Here is how the time spans stack up as of today (Christmas Eve 2015).

Hope Wenger is gracious enough to just say we weren't at the races today - haha, some chance :-)
Anyway Adz, i'm at Kempton tomorrow, I was going to go with the first even numbered all black horse in each race but if you have anything you even slightly fancy do post on the racing thread - regrettably I have nothing to offer in return

Looks like the threadbare squad finally led to some very tired legs today. Unfortunately the next game is less than 48 hours away.
We'll probably see Gabriel, Gibbs and Debuchy come in at the back for Bournemouth, but the rest will have to slog on.

Bit of a dint in our goal-difference but hardly as catastrophic as Claridge suggested when he asked on radio5 "where do Arsenal go from here"?
As Mr Nuts says our somewhat threadbare squad got found out today.

Probably not down to enough for Mr Smug Smile to invest though.
Will post by morning Mr N.

He had a nice smile in the post match interview :-) Reckon he'll go for a couple in the window. After the last couple of years and the position this year being so potentially favourable I think even AW will feel the pressure to do a little business
Be great to have a few thoughts but no sweat of course if you don't see anything you like

New additions do make sense at the moment. Rosicky and Arteta are done after this season, Wilshere/Ramsey always very injury prone. Wonder if Flamini will get an extension as a squad player, though he probably wouldn't take it anyway seeing as he Bosman's out at all his clubs.

If the jungle-drums and my sauces are correct, El Neny is a done deal with Basel.
23 years old, about six feet tall, and an out and out DM.
One sauce described him as "the Egyptian Patrick Vieira", I hope he's right.

Jack Wilshere ruled out until at least February and is a major doubt for Euro 2016

AFC have apparently tabled a £44.6million bid for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
