Before tonight I thought lets just keep it below 4 and do the Italian bottlers 5-0 at fortress emirates. So far so good.

Two billionaire owners, masses of cash in the bank, an almost funded stadium...and a year ago the team was far stronger than it is now
Crying shame, really
If football busts though, Arsenal are in great shape

And it will, the money has to stop somewhere, and Arsenal will win everything for a decade or more.. And i hope the Arse is there he deserves it..
Now off to see my teams thread, probably more about Suarez/Evra crap on there..

They are in great shape even if it doesn't? Arsenal and Liverpool will be the only self sustaining clubs in the top 6 next season (I am unsure on Spurs - happy to be educated) and they will have a lot more than us when their stadium is done. We still need to buy ours.

I was going to post a lovely compilation of the game that someone posted on an Arsenal blog but it appears to have been taken down.
Will link this instead - a 14 min highlights video of the match, one to remember I think.

the sign of a terrible team is one who bangs on endlessly about beating their rivals, having won nothing for years

Hardly banging on, it's the first time I've mentioned it. Besides it's me that's "banging on", not the team.

Any more signs of terrible teams ? Banging on about beating your rivals is no.1 apparently.
