Delighted for you Ralph. That scarf probably saw Charlie Georges goal, did it?
I love looking at peoples book shelves, can't see much in that pic, a couple of backgammon books though Smiley

Ralph's scarf - with Ralph inside it - probably saw most of Ted Drake's goals, too.

I must confess that is not my original scarf, but a replacement for the one which my mum knitted for me with a matching bobble-hat when I was about ten or eleven years old.

I also had one of those old-fashioned wooden rattles, a whopping great one which turned me into a health-hazard for any unfortunates sitting directly in front of me. It attracted a few sidelong glances when I took it with me into the director's box at Highbury where we occasionally had seats.

Watched a little bit of Arsenal fan tv on You tube yesterday. Great coverage of after match emotions and tour bus.

I promised myself I wouldn't, but I can't help wondering if our beloved Manager is doing a us a Groundhog thing.

People are getting signed up left right and centre, and the only name I hear us associated with is James Milner(uuuurrghhh).

AW seems to have turned his nose up at Cesc, under his "never come back" policy which he seems to forget when it suits him, and I can well see him coming back from his holiday in August and saying who should I sign, all the best players are gone, there is no one else left.......

Go on, someone bite. Wink

Denied by Zenit who say there has been no contact according to Karabiner sauces.

Various of my sauces have been going on about this for weeks now, one of them opined that a deal had been agreed with the club and only terms needed agreeing.

I can't really see it myself for a few reasons, but I couldn't really see us going for Suarez last year so what do I know?

Joel Campbell. I don't want to get carried away yet but he's looked great so far in his outings for Costa Rica.

Provided we were to use the money saved to fund both a world class DM and LW, we might be fine not buying that new striker and having him and Giroud leading the line instead?

Hearing whispers from usually reliable sources that Sanchez signed half an hour ago.

I hope they're right.
