Spanish press reports: Sami Khedira has accepted a deal to finally complete his transfer to Arsenal in January.

Metro is not the most reliable source so don't have your house on it.

Having said that I would love it to happen.

Does Wenger know his best 11? Passing up on Fab looks like the worst transfer decision of all time

I really enjoyed it more than I should have done when Maurinho was visibly crapping himself in that third pic which is my enduring memory from the game.

Glass half-full.

Its like being told you are having Spag Bol every meal time.

Spag bol is fine. I am happy enough when eating Spag Bol. Its not my fav, its ok, but I understand that I cant have steak every day, even though I can afford it.

And while I understand I wouldn't want steak every day, I would like to experiment. I know that some meals will be more expensive than the Spag Bol, and I wont like them, but I can also spend less than I would on Spag Bol, and be pleasantly surprised, in my search for a better meal.

So, to conclude. I am happy to spend more in my quest to have variety, and I accept that it won't always be as good as the Spag Bol. BUT, i don't want Spag Bol every bloody meal, and expect it from the minute I wake up.

What does Wenger change or try to change in these big games tactically?

Just watched the whole game for the first time and the effort was certainly there but Chelsea were just better.

Arsenal beat the non top four sides because they have better players when it comes to the big games surely he has to try something else?

Surely you have answered your own question here?  Arsenal beat the non top 4 because they have better players.  When it comes to the 'big games' the big teams have better players.  Isn't it that simple?

Probably

But as a top manager he should be at least trying a different tactical approach especially after such a long time of failing against the other big teams?

Most current example would be Simeone last season, he deployed a very defensive/frustrating approach against Real and Barca compared to other sides

Speaking of "big teams": I have bemoaned our comparative lack of power and size for some time now and the deficit was never more apparent to me than in yesterday's game, almost every chelski player looked to be a couple of inches taller and more powerful than ours.

I can't help wondering if this might be contributing to our injury problems.

I suspect my wife(from experience), could shove a very weedy looking Ozil off the ball.

Your wife seems not to know her own strength Adz.

Ozil now out for 10-12 weeks with a banjaxed knee-ligament.

I wouldn't bank on that being anything other than an opinion.
