One can clearly see why deals were happening when a fantastic tournament such as this becomes a shove fest.

Final is not shovefest though as blinds rolled back

Not entirely fair

643 runners is unprecedented, so the problem is one of success, essentially

I am sure if this continues in future months the necessary adjustments to structure will be made to avoid this situation

Sadiq left with 170k, gets it in with 54 against Q9 of Mccuaig, Queen on the flop means Sadiq out in 11th. Hand for Hand now in play.

What are the new rules about deals btw?

No deals in comps over £50k gtd

So no deals tonight

Blinds rolled back to 50x average bb at 8 handed

Estimate final finish/ Some say 3am, some say it goes to a chip count

I am at 3.30am and blinds of 150-300k at conclusion

Much depends on whether the "cooler dance" I did in the car park at the last break to the voodoo gods of poker works or not.
