played a soccer tournament today at Oadby Owls today Lee, we did no good, but played at The King Power last month and lost on Penos in final, my Lad scored in one game
As stated Jade has not been there long but it's a good set-up and she has been made very welcome.
Wow at playing at king power must be awesome feeling as a kid nice one mike

Following her mummy into footy my eldest (3) is now kicking and dribbling the football better then I ever could.
There is hope yet! I believe the youngest teams are around 5-6 year olds?

Amar'e is now 10lbs, saying that his birth weight (6 weeks ago) was 6lbs6oz I'm really pleased.. He's also started holding his head up himself and is always smiling.. Seriously after a long stressful day there's nothing better then coming home to Curly and Amar'e, home cooked food from a loving beautiful lady and smiles from my son, who's like a ray of light for me.....
Happy Fathers Day to all the fathers out there...
Steve

Nice one. I hope she enjoys it. It was the end of an era last night at her presentation night. She has been playing there (as the only girl) for the last two seasons and now we are very much looking forward to next season with Birmingham City Ladies.

proud mum gate-crashing the thread. just seen Hannah's school report for this year (year 4). She's always done well at school, but her progress this year has been amazing. Coming out of year 3 the only area she had to work on a little was her imaginative writing, as she seemed to lack confidence. This year she has finished attaining the expected standard in reading and writing for pupils finishing year 6, and her teacher has commented over the course of the year that she really is showing amazing talent in that area - I have to say some of the stuff she writes just puts my own prose to shame.
Bursting with pride!
Teacher's summary:
"Hannah is one of the hardest-working children and such a pleasure to teach! It has been so exciting to see both her academic work reach such high standards and also to witness her self-confidence grow. Her writing ability has obviously been the greatest achievement this year, but her successes are also in other areas - a budding artist, musical gifts, much more confident in Maths and a logical thinker in Science. It will be very interesting to see which direction Hannah will take in future days - will she follow her writing talents and creative ability? An excellent year for Hannah, keep up all the hard work Hannah, you do most certainly deserve every success"

Very well done Hannah...
Little Amar'e is going through a growth spurt at the moment and Curly has been brilliant with him, can't believe how quickly she's taken to motherhood... She's doing such an amazing job makes me feel blessed to have such a lovely, caring and hot lady in my life..
