I have had a browse over this weekends football and there is nothing I fancy at all.

Even the odds on favourites are not looking that tasty.

Maybe West Ham at (v Hull) at 4/6 are looking half decent.

silo's back n the saddle!

Did anyone take the new option of greening out when 1 up after 75 minutes? I didn't but I did cover the draw for a couple of quid just so I had a bullet left if GAIS came back.

I did but only with a couple of mins left, laid at 1.04 I think, didn't want to risk the injury time equaliser

Plenty of French lower league action tonight.  Was thinking of Troyes vs Boulogne, a classic 3rd vs almost bottom clash.  Main issue is that Boulogne, despite being awful,  have won their last three meetings winning.   Will decide later on this one.

Poss Verona vs Empoli

Helmond have let us down once - they drew their last game we picked which was a major upset. However, I am not too sure about today's game. They are on BF at 2.16, even though they have won 10, lost 4 at home while Dordrecht have won 1, lost 7 away. The reason for this seems to be this:

Quote
Helmond Sport has already qualified for the play-offs thanks to winning the fourth period. The club seems to be a little off track lately, losing 3-1 at home against Cambuur and drawing 1-1 against SC Veendam last week. Helmond cannot move up or down on the ranking so the club’s only concern is stay healthy facing the play-offs.
FC Dordrecht is ranked 8th after 33 match rounds, which is enough to qualify for the play-offs, but the club has to win to secure that spot. A draw and even a loss could not enough. They will use whole effort to get the win.

Apart from that previewer though form and opinion points to a Helmond win, but it needs thinking about.

Oh Sheez. Nice Analysis Womble. What site did you get that write up from?

Completely forgot about the draw. Thats when we could have layed off wasn't it?

I always seem to fall down at this 3 fig punt. I have like £107 to bet, so don't want to rush into it. Although i might by myself something for 40-£60 today. We shall see.

I do like the Liverpool price for tomorrow vs Norwich, but could be a bit risky.

What we thinking?

Yeah it was a late equaliser from the bottom but one team I think.

That preview came from http://football.hkjc.com/football/preview/english/2012-04/preview-60741.aspx All the other previews say Helmond is a banker, but this is the only one I have seen that has taken into account the fact they have nothing to play for but Dordrecht do.

I don't think backing Liverpool at the moment can ever be safe - they're so unpredictable, and Norwich are not a bad team.

Back of work and ready to fire a bullet! this one is bad even by my standards

Gainare Tottori v Ehime FC gone for £20 on Ehime FC at 6/5 returning £44 KO shortly

Obviously an expect in Japanese league 2 and I am going to back every world league until I find a winner #clutchingatstraws

Sparta to win at Emmen looks a good tip to me, but is only 1.44. Emmen have lost their last 11 matches and Sparta are hoping to cement 2nd place.

Shamrock to beat Derry also looks good. Apparently Derry have major injury problems and are having to play U21 and U19 squad players. Shamrock have won all 4 home games this season and only conceded once.

I have found two other possibles at slightly better prices.

Lech Poznan to beat Polonia, about 1.8. Poznan have not lost at home for 5 games, have won 5 of their last 6, while Polonia have not won away in 5. Poznan have won 9, drawn 1, lost 3 at home. Polonia have won 4, drawn 2, lost 7 away.

Chernomorets B to win away at Minyor Pernik at about 1.8. Cherno have not lost away for 4 games, and have won 6, drawn 4, lost 2 away this season. Minyor have won 3, drawn 4, lost 5 at home, but have lost their last 3 home games and their last home game was a 7-0 hammering. They have nothing to play for while Cherno are playing for Euro qualification.
