Think I need to start backing the ones I don't choose...!

Glad some of you got on Kisa and Tromso though. I did have small bets on them so made up for the bullet going tits on Lillestrom.

I don't think you're doing anything wrong, you seem to be reading most things right.   It's always going to be a problem when going all (or half) in on a single bet, get it wrong and it's sad times.  Why not go all in but on 3 or so seperate bets if you fancy them?  No harm in divvying up the role perhaps so that they payouts work out equal?  Surely it's in keeping with the thread if everything is being punted in a single day and the bet size increases each time?

I could pick more winners than horseplayer by sticking a pin in.

The problem with splitting the bets is you need to have more winners because of the odds we tend to be going in at. If I split my roll 3 ways I need to win 2 of the 3 just to make a small profit. Or am I missing a trick?

Not a great deal today, at first I liked Turkey at 11/10 but not so sure.

This could be a goer:

IBV v Stjarnan outright EBN @2.62 or full roll @1.86 DNB, possibly overs @1.72

Not lost for a few games and their last 2 wins were both away from home, they do score shit loads of goals all be it a lot of them end in score draws.

IBV lost 2-0 at home to Grindavik and Stjarnaan spanked them 4-1 away.

This is the only game I can see so far too, and the odds do look too high. I would lean towards the DNB though, and not the overs, because IBV are solid defensively at home - they have only conceded once in 2 games and drew them both.(The Grindavik game was last season). Stjarnen this season have won 2, drawn 1 away, scoring 7 and conceding 3. I think they should win, but we are nits and we cannot discount the draw, especially if we can still get 1.86 on a DNB.

There are a couple more games I'm going to look into, but I think this will be the one I go for.

All 3 games I looked into in Norway and Denmark are missing from Betfair, so my £20 has gone on Stjarnen DNB, 1.86.

I need to be aggressive so have gone £37.79 outright @2.66 and £20 @ 1.86 DNB which will leave me a bullet behind if they draw.
