I finish work at lunchtime on a Friday and alway fill up on the way home. Today I'm going to look like one of the panic buying morons. Will have to stand shaking my head dispondantly while I fill up.
How do you know they are morons and not just people who finish work at lunchtime on a Friday and alway fill up on the way home?. They are over 50, stupid!

There are 4 petrols stations in area which I live. 1 of them is a BP independantly run which is always 2p per litre more expensive than the other 3. The other 3 had queues many cars deep, the expensive 1 had no cars at all. This made my day as I needed a fill up for work and paying a premium of a pound or so was well worth not queing.
When I first started driving the price was obv still in gallons. Never could understand my mates driving to the other side of town to save a penny a gallon when more often than not they were putting less than a couple of quid in.

Most of the people I knew would do the same to save a penny a gallon but not bat an eyelid when they dropped a ton on the roulette. It's madness I tell ya.

I will look out for other people trying to look like this is their regular fill up time. I will only assume the people with jerry cans are the morons.
