Other Crypto sites take an hour or two !

Really - then how come i'm still waiting to receive money that i cashed out on december 25th!!!

Made a deposit of £600 onto Willhill's sit so i could rail Colchester Kev as he played a final table of a £2 mtt on xmas day then after the tourney had finished i withdrew the money straight back out because i never play on the site apart from the odd blonde tourney. They told me that i couldn't withdraw the money back to my card as mastercard credit cards do not allow it and the only way to do it would be by cheque.
14 days later still no sign of the cheque, i ring their customer service number and they tell me that they had sent me two emails regarding forwarding my details to them for verification - i received neither. They then said that they couldnt release my cheque until i sent them a copy of my passport/driving license along with a copy of the credit card used to make the deposit and the most recent credit card statement showing my home address.

I went bananas with them saying that they couldnt care less who i was when i made the deposit and never asked for any ID checks before hand but now i come to take money back off them its a different story. I asked if they were going to pay me interest on my money in the time period that they were "holding it on my behalf" but that fell on deaf ears. I sent them the details but still no sign of the cheque....

Needless to say that is the last time i'm going to be using that account with my credit card!!

matt, my wife has an account on will hill and she deposits using a matercard and hasnt had any bother cashing out ( not that i am aware anyway)

admittedly its not 600 quid shes cashing out its only 20s and 30s but i wouldnt htought the amount would make a difference

Below is some info taken direct from the WillHill site in the help section regarding Mastercard withdrawal

"Extra Info. 72hr suspension after 1st deposit to allow a security check

Mastercard (UK) - withdrawals sent by BACS direct to the card
Mastercard (Int.) - withdrawals must be made via bankwire or cheque"

It appears that according to WillHill my MBNA Mastercard falls into the catagory of International Mastercards (not sure how as all their details are UK based) so they are refusing to pay it back direct to the card.

It makes me laugh when they say about the account suspension after the first deposit!! funny, never been suspended once making a deposit, just when i try to withdraw!!

These sites don't seem to understand what matters to their players. Its great that they host blonde tourneys and give us free money and other goodies, but if the cashier service is poor or they don't do as they have promised then they are just wasting their money. We'll just go back to the sites we know offer a good all round service and product.

Well, glad they don't now. I'm with you Flushy, I avoid Ecash wherever I can.

Iron, in his role as blonde Tourney Manager, has e-mailed "our man" at Littlewods. I would expect a reply by tomorrow. Until we do, I suggest we don't pre-judge the issue.

But I repeat my earlier apology - you should have had this sorted before now.

Sorry guys, didn't mean to create a big issue! Was just wondering if anyone else had the same problem. No big rush my end though.
