Ive freed up 4 , Claypole 3 , Dubai will if needed etc  , also  some people on original list had to withdraw offer so should be plenty spare.

General concensus seems to be people are happy with 1% or whatever works so everybody has an interest and our hero gets entered in Vegas .

If Mere Novice keeps adding peoples current offers to the new list Im sure nobody will be left out as people will swop percentages even if it means only having 0.5% each.

Good morning. Apologies for my lack of responses yesterday, I was in Pain City, elsewhere.

I'll catch up on everything now.

Just to clarify, I said a few days ago that the original pledges, from last year, ARE NOT BINDING.

In effect, we started a NEW list, & only those who Posted subsequently are included. It is not right, or fair, to expect people to hold good for pledges they made a year or more ago, & I wanted to avoid anyone feeling embarrassed if they were no longer able, or willing, to stake.

I'm sorry if I failed to make that clear enough.

Several people have said, words to the effect, x% IF there is any left.

There is PLENTY left!

In fact, I am not even sure this is going to happen, as I need to sell 75% if it is to happen. Any less & I'll be scared money, & you don't wanna see me playing scared, trust me, & anyway, poker is no fun (to me) when I'm playing too big.

So ALL the new pledges & requests are fine, & booked, thank you.

Mere Spreadsheet, helpful as ever, has created a special spreadsheet for me, & he updates it after every new pledge. I really don't know how I'd cope without Mere, even though he is a proper miserable & pedantic old bugger.

On that spreadsheet, he lists, for info only, the ORIGINAL list of stakers, which is sort of irrelevant now.

He also lists all the new pledges, which, as of this moment, amount to 45.5%. One friend, who pledged 5% last year, is currently on holiday, in sunny Skeggy, so he may still wish to have his 5%, if so, we are up to just over 50% now.

Hope this does not sound a little forward, but I'll be asking for the cash to be paid before I head off to Vegas, which will be on June 14th.

I will send bank Details to all those who have expressed an interest.

If it helps.........at least one regular has said that he is willing to help by facilitating payment via Pokerstars, & I know two others who would do the same. So, if you wish, you could transfer the cash to one of them on Pokerstars, & they would then send me cash via bank Transfer.  My thanks to those who have offered this facility.
