For the purposes of transparency, & should this go ahead, it would be prudent to clarify some "rules" I think, to save possible disagreements later.

1) I am shite at NLHE these days, the kids have disappeared into the distance, they really have, so you should not expect a return. You won't get any excuses either. I'll either get very lucky, & bink a few sets, or not.

2) There'll be a daily blog, with photos & stuff.

3) The rate is "par", there is no premium. Obv.

4) Payments would be via Bank Account, I will forward the deets to those who are interested. I head off to Vegas on June 14th, for three weeks "play" before I start work, so payments would need to be before I head to Vegas, please.

5) Currency Exchange rate. Send cash at whatever rate prevails (spot) on the day you send it. I will send returns at "spot" on the day I transmit returns, if any. Payment from me will be within 7 days of my return to the UK. I return home on July 14th.

6) How much is available? See the comments earlier in the thread. I would not play unless I sell at least 75% though. If it fails to reach 75%, all stakes would be returned. Maximum available, for the record? Around 90%, I guess.

7) First come, first served.

8) Referee! I think it might be wise to appoint someone who would arbitrate in the event of any dispute as to rules, payments, etc. I have not asked anyone to do this, pending interest levels shown, but I would suggest, if they are agreeable, that the most likely candidates would be any or all of MereNovice, Simon Galloway & of course the OP, Greeky. They are to varying degrees friends of mine, of course, but their integrity & understanding of such matters is second to none & beyond reproach.

I am in Tony.....you will sell out so in line with Frasers earlier post I will revert my share to 2% from 5% so as many as possible can be involved.  If in the unlikely event you do not make 75% I will take the 5%.  We'll take it off the slate.
