I never get involved in these threads as a rule, but I do have one question.

You keep saying you would NEVER have swapped 5%, so how did the confusion or miscommunication arise?

When he asked for a swap, why didn't you just say "NO. I NEVER SWAP"

How could it possibly be "Nothing concrete agreed" or "All a bit cloudy"?

From what I've read you should of paid a long time ago .......
Why would there ever be confusion over an amount of %, I've swapped loads of times with mates it's usually a simple.....

This cannot work because Lewis is not in a makeup deal so if he has 5% of Marc then wtf does Marc have in Lewis

I personally think Marc cannot say anything regarding the timing and if he hadn't said yeh il send you x v soon and then not send. 6 times or so the. Lewis wouldn't of had to do it.

On the other hand Marc has shown a new, sincere side over the last few months and has handled his staking threads very well and sent back refunds very quIckly. Also sending the rOom service $ is goOd and helps Marc's case unless  he did it so he didn't have to send anything else.

Regarding Lewis posting now when on a downswing. Sunday he had a good 5 figure day and was deep in the super Tuesday last night. Although to anybody 5k euros is a lot of m

This cannot work because Lewis is not in a makeup deal so if he has 5% of Marc then wtf does Marc have in Lewis

If I was arbitrating I would make a compromise of around 3.8-4.2 of the overall winnings but I assume that of he asks 5 ppl he will have to pay full bean

There is 100% no way I did, or would have swapped 5% with Lewis in that torny. I didn't have tons of myself, and I wouldn't swap with someone who is a hugely inferior mtt player.

It comes across very bad. I genuinely think you are a very nice guy and enjoy talking but talking like this and being semi arrogant so soon after the last incidents will make people just think you're a cock when in reality you are spending alot of time/money into rectifying your image.

Lewis had given you a hotel room after never meeting you before and you had an instant bond/friendship so swapping 5% when you're at your first Ept And moral is high is not totally out of the question, but I don't doubt that is a normal state of mind online or smth that you'd never swap.

pretty tilted with how this has been dealt. Im not gona post on the matter agian untill lewis has spoken to me direclty as nothign will get sorted on here. Its a misunderstanding between myself and him and NO ONE ELSE. I think i owe him 5% of what i made from it, and he thinks otherwise. Im not paying what he thinks i owe him as where does that end? Anyone can go on to a forum and say there owed money from a swap?

I've been chatting to Marc over the last year or so and can vouch for how much he's tried to reform his character.. However, it seems completely absurd to me how there is any doubt that he owes the full 5% for one simple reason that Marc handily provided himself.

I find it amazing how these guys can snap tell you the exact % of a flush card hitting the turn but when it comes to a swap % in the real world the numbers go all hazy and cloudy.

After busting the comp I would find my 'new buddy' shake him by the hand and say ty for letting me crash and btw here is your dollar. If there was an emergency and I did need to shoot I would leave a note and an envelope in his suitcase. This would be normal mature behaviour. What I wouldn't do is just trap. Doesn't matter how many tears are rolling down my little cheeks after busting out of a poker game. Blaming crass behaviour on tilt is pretty funny to read. Not being clear on a deal you make is your own fault and weeks of excuses is quite an embarrassing way to remedy that mistake. I would just pay the man.

Disappointed by skolsuper opinion providing excuses and any others like it. What's inherently wrong with poker these days is that young kids carry influential opinions but lack the wisdom to use influence constructively. If Railtard wants to ask about PHA skolsuper is the man but I wouldn't ask these kids to arbitrate in disputes or any real world questions as things seem to get hazy and cloudy also.
